Working out isn't for everyone...i am 37, and have always been "fit"...without working out. Not eating thousand calorie meals, barely any red meat, and an active lifestyle. Find a balance...working out has always been mind nunbingly boring to me...why sit in a gym on equipment replicating the physical movements you can achieve naturally in much more entertaining and appealing ways. Mountain biking is my choice...i was run over by a car, have a wrecked leg, but biking is easier than walking and allows me to exert myself more without pain. Find a hobby that includes some.physical acrivity and you wpuld be shocked at how quickly fat is lost and muscle gained.
