What's epic about Charlie is that while he's the comedy relief, he isn't stupid or awkward like shows like FRIENDS or TBBT portray them, and it's actually how quick-witted and sarcastic he is that's hilarious.
@@arunkumarchandrasekaran2653 that's not really him being stupid. Berta is always doing his laundry so he has no reason ok use it and about 90% of time he's out at the bar and then coming hook drunk ready to have sex.

Evelyn is upset that Jake is spending time with Judiths parents. Then gets all upset about "short notice" and "getting use to it" SHE IS IMPOSSIBLE! (and my fav character)
Evelyn Harper is one of the most selfish and cold characters I've ever seen, it's a miracle Charlie and Alan didn't killed themselves. It's really cool what Jake does to her after ! LOL

Grandma Evelyn wanted Jake to spend time with her. But unfortunately for poor old grandma Evelyn she got more than she bargained for & instantly regretted it in just one entire night. So it's kinda Evelyns fault she should've played a more active role in Jake's life & tried to have been more like Jake's other Grandparents. But she didn't & paid the price. As a result of which Jake, as well as his father & uncle, lost all respect for Evelyn.

This clever dialogue and Holland Taylor is simply excellent. What went wrong with the script writing in Season 10. The episode with the Father Christmas contains poorly written and smutty lines for Holland Taylor which were way below the standards we have come to expect for Two and Half Men.
