Thanks for the breakdown and congrats on the photo acceptance! Likewise, hopefully it ain’t a decade thing for the large releases. Hopefully they start releasing some aquatic zoids, since we got land and air now!
Are you thinking HMM Wardick/Warshark? There just aren't that many good aquatic Zoids otherwise. I think my favorite might be Dark Nessios, but that one's way too obscure for an HMM release.
It feels smaller than the Gojulas overall, but it's hard to compare the two because the Salamander has wings that add to its size and the torso is at a very different angle. The Kotobukiya Gojulas is bigger than the Tomy version, though, and I seriously doubt the Salamander's going to be anywhere near that tall - the wingspan would be enormous.
HMM salamander has been at the very top of my wishlist, i think this news has me as excited as most people would be for deathsaurer 😁 if they make a version with krark colors, my life will be complete
I may do that repaint. I'd be more than a little surprised if they actually do an OER versoin. My guess is the best we can hope for is an OJR decal sheet, but we'll see.
I already have the Ogre. I might get this Gojulas anyway. Pre-ordered the Guysak and will be doing the same for the Salamander the instant I can. I mean I’ve already spent a couple thousand on these HMM kits so what’s another $250? What I’m wondering about is I’m going to pre-order the Tomy Death Saurer. I’ve already got $300 saved up and set aside just for that. I don’t think it’s going to be $300 but you never know.
NOTE - they also showed a completely finished Green Horn that I somehow forgot to mention because it's not really big news. I'm just not sure why I also complained about the König Wolf not being shown instead of the Murasame Liger. I mean, I didn't say this video would make sense, but, you know.
Honestly, I'm not sure why anyone pays scalper prices for the Gojulas anymore. It gets rereleased in some form at least once a year. But like I said in the video, it always makes me happy, partly because people like you can get their hands on one without completely overpaying!
Cool video bro,but the prototype of the "Guysack" looks better in these colours than the intended colour scheme incorporating the nastiest, most unpleasant brown and in my opinion the worst colour scheme ever applied to a Zoid, these kits are still available unbuilt for very little money and I'm sure it's down to that brown!,thankfully we can repaint it in the brilliant OJR/OER "Scorpozoid" colours. 👍
This is why I don't have an NJR Guysack to show in the video - I hate those colors. Hopefully they'll do both color schemes for the HMM again like they did for the Redler/Reddra. I mean, I'll paint it anyway, but it would be nice, just as another nod to the OJR/OER days.
@spacehamsterZH I'm presuming you have the '40th Anniversary Blade Liger Masterpiece ' on order?,mine is still in the post but I've just seen that the head roll and roar featured on the 'Shield Liger' Masterpiece kit has been deleted, I'm sure we know why but it seems a shame, having those Shield pieces in the raised position could cause much clicking and binding when the head rolled, I imagine done repeatedly it would damage the gears.
@@grahamsmith2022 yeah, it just shipped today, so I'll probably have it next week. I'll be doing a parts list comparison to see if it's really exactly the same as the MP kits, but it certainly appears that way. The head movement was a problem for the MP Shield Liger already, so you're probably right, it might not even have worked for the BL anyway, but it's still kind of a shame to see basically the same old chassis with less features. The kits look great, though, so... well, I'll make up my mind when I'm doing the review.
@@spacehamsterZH summed up perfectly bro, that's exactly the way I see it, it doesn't seem right that 20 years later with all the advances in technology that it has less features. I look forward to your video bro! 👌👍
