I really appreciate the 3D mapping with topo lines and waypoints throughout the video. I feel like it really adds to the story and gives you a way better understanding of what's going on in the film. Most people just point off in the distance while they talk, which never really does the story justice. Can't wait to see the upcoming elk films.

I love watching hunters utilize the land to allow them to preserve meat, hide, and spend more days in the field. This type of craft is an excellent learn for backcountry and front country hunters on pack outs. Last year my hunting partner and I built a latter across a creek to keep elk quarters cool in 85 deg heat while we packed out. Situational awareness and resourcefulness can take stresses out of the hunt and let you focus on the task at hand. Thanks for showing, teaching, and sharing!

Awesome video coverage of your hunts! That’s some steep country! Reminds me of the sky islands we have here in AZ. We live at the base of one and we love going up and enjoying the breathtaking views. My husband is hoping to get on a big bore he found up on the steep slopes this fall. Keep the footage rolling!

Ryan is by far my favorite hunter of all time. Dude is quiet, gets at it when it’s necessary, and just seems like a good dude. Like him I don’t like being around people. What a wealth of knowledge. Man just to get to spend a week w/ the dude to learn about mulies. Granted I wouldn’t make it 20 yards before being gassed and hell if I don’t workout, train, etc. Got 2 more years on my dedi in Utah and darn if I wish I could have that guy spend a min w/ me breaking and picking apart how to hunt my unit. Well done Brian. Your videos are stellar and y’all are doing awesome. Oh and welcome back to kuiu gear. I haven’t stopped using it since 2013. The majority of my stuff is still from then. Don't have the wheels anymore for what you guys are doing but it still gets me pumped up to see it done well I am a former special ops guy and have been there done that. Great hunt I always feel the completeness that you guys put into all your hunts Just wish I still had the wheels. So in conclusion I will say I try to get my truck back as far as most guys wouldn't even try and don the suit pull out the tripod and spotting scope and glass My last hunt two years ago we took 4hrours to climb 8 miles on an old logging rail line stopped got on our suits and glassed till I saw horns. This year I am going for a bear and elk Oregon coast trip self as in alone heading to some clear cuts that should be good. Hank the Tank
