Two by Two, from the musical The Book of Mormon. Performed in Santa Barbara High School Theatre's Music of the Night 2014, a student directed Broadway revue.
Watch Elder Grant (The little one).. His dancing is spot on and he's got stage presence and charisma.. If hes that good now I'd love to see him in the west end.
The guy who played Elder Pryce! There is something so amazing when he sang the part "Orlannnn-do"! AHAHHA! I'm repeating that part for almost a thousand times! I have never heard anyone sang that part like him! so amazing!
Thats really awesome that you had enough guys in your troupe to do this ....... enough talented attractive boys, I wonder is this a performing arts highschool
So Covid cancelled the production of The Book of Mormon in my uk city so I searched on youtube and this was the very first video that I viewed of the guys at sbhsmotn - it hasn't been the last :) What amazed me was the fact that 8 guys could sing and dance in sync and harmony. As a member of a theatre group myself, I know how difficult that is to find :) The number is performed so well and yes. the young lad playing Elder Grant does have star quality but it's nice to see in later video''s, he and Elder Young matured and went on to be very versatile performers for the group. My favourite bit is Elder Castor at the end of the number with his leg flourish after his final spin - now that lad knows how to do musical theatre - hehe. Congratulations to all involved. When I showed my mum the video, she thought she was watching a professional show - that's how good it was !!
Okay looking at the channel and this video I have come to the conclusion... why is the best high school ever and why is this such a cool concept of having a whole night of different musical theater songs!
+WEAD 44 Lol, just did the play myself, and now my 12 y.o little bro is practicing for his part coming up next month... As General Buttfuckingnaked Welcome to Norway. We don't care.

I am impressed also! When I lived in Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara High was know as a "druggie" school. It's in a rather rough area. Obviously there are many talented students there!

Love this, just remember that the musical is pure satire… you haven’t had a “mission brother” or companion portrayed like this, since before the Cold War.
I would love to do the Book of Mormon but can’t for multiple reasons. It’s all elders (we have barely any guys and also I’d like to do it but I’m not a guy), it’s religious, and three we don’t have enough people of color to do it. This is one of my favorite musicals tho
