i’m going through your youtube right now and i’m loving it! youre my favorite creator to go to for inspiration so im glad i get to see your content in a longer form
Welcome to RU-vid - great first long-form video! This is some pretty flawless daiquiri wizardry. I like my Jamaican rum daiquiris exactly as you made 'em here - but I'll tell ya, putting it on some crushed ice and giving it some mint for garnish is pretty magical. Cheers!
Love the videos!! I would like to know more about becoming a bartender. Could you go into more detail about your experience, and the science behind your drinks? Once again, Love the videos!!!!
I was so excited to see you show up in my subs tab! I’m not on social media anymore, so I’ll very much be looking forward to seeing more videos from you! Video was great!
Glad to see you here on RU-vid! Looking forward to the longer format videos. You’re such a fun character and the one who truly got me into cocktails. Cheers!
Glad to see you on RU-vid! I recently got Garret Richard’s new book and love his approach on the daiquiri. He used a tbsp of granulated sugar and then a milk frothing wand to mix it before shaking. It reduces the amount of water in the cocktail and is super tasty. You should try it out.
Let's go Justin! Keep 'em coming! The long format video is nice, and it fits your style. I watch lots of long format cocktail video on YT and much prefer them to shorts.
Thanks! Saline brings out flavors, makes things pop. It's essentially seasoning, just like salt helps food, it can help cocktails in a nice subtle way. Sometimes it really makes a drink
I really enjoy your videos - I’m thankful you randomly popped up on my Instagram. Thanks algorithm! I don’t know how you’ll take this, but you remind me of Matty Matheson - in the best way possible. What recommendations do you have for the Navy rums? I’m unfamiliar with those and need to add some to my stash. My wife is loving an Old Cuban lately. Keep the vids coming!
Yo! So Navy Strength rums are 114 proof. Even if it's not 114 proof, as long as your close to that proof. Smith n Cross, and Hamilton make great navy strength rums. Doctor bird makes a rum that's over 100 proof as well.
