Two Ebay Mystery Boxes of foreign currency paper money. Which one is better? 

I bought two mystery lots of world banknotes off ebay. Both are from ebay seller ShiwreckedGiftShop.
The first lot is made up of 50 poor quality notes. The second lot is better quality banknotes.
In these lots, there are notes of Nikola Tesla, and dictators Vladimir Lenin, Saddam Hussein and Kim Jong-il.
Many countries are represented, such as Yugoslavia, Soviet Union, Venezuela and Zimbabwe. Lesser known countries include Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Serbian Krajina, Laos, Uzbekistan and Burundi.
