Mechanics:
Stationary Drops with arm drives- Holds, in and outs
Penultimate steps- straight ahead foot work mechanics, Straight ahead dynamic, Crossover,Drop step
Plyometrics:
Box jumps using the different variations
Touches- I chose to use my cranium in the video but you can obviously use your hands to jump up and reach or grab something. This may be more even more applicable and translatable for sports like basketball, volleyball, baseball(field player that has to reach and grab a fly ball) etc.
Speaking of sports specificity, use a basketball for whatever your sport may entail to close the gap between developing the trait and making it applicable to the playing court/field.
