WINTER'S TALE
1.5 oz Mezcal
2 oz fresh orange or mandarine or tangerine juice
1/2 oz citrus spice simple syrup
WINTER MARGARITA
1.5 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Mezcal
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz agave syrup or simple syrup
1 egg white
Citrus Spice Simple Syrup
Zest of 4-5 tangerines
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 cinnamon sticks
