It has been mentioned by another: but that kitchen is lacking. For an asking price north of $1.6 mil, it should have a top of the line cooktop and double ovens. The shed/disco room needs some insulation in the ceiling , otherwise the A/C is working too hard. The property needs some work on the landscaping, some palms would be nice. The value is in the land.

Beautiful home I love the property, it’s very spacious. My personal negatives have to the kitchen it’s a little plain it needs more. Personally I would want a kitchen that a Master chief would be proud to call his or her own kitchen. My other negative has to be the primary bedroom, just like the kitchen there is no wow factor. I get that the property was a air b&b. But still eye candy goes a long way when it comes to selling something. But at the price point, investing about $125 thousand would help a lot. Just my opinion.

Nice home no doubt. Amazing but for many who watch this channel, shows a lot as to the crazy market which will cause many to lose a lot of money. 2 weeks ago many homes had mortgage of 2k that now went up go 2.7k. Why live in Vegas if you're paying Cali prices and income tax saving isn't much for most people

Definitely needs money to update and “fancy up” the kitchen and bathrooms, but it’s the property that you are buying. They used it for Air BNB, so obviously didn’t use it for personal living.

First the good, the entry way into the home is nice and the open floor plan is good I just wish the kitchen didn't have that bit of closed off space, the walk in showers are okay and it's nice that the home has a pool and the water fall in the front is okay. Now for the bad I have one word "BORING" and that is concerning the design of the home from the outside it's a boring rectangle and the landscaping from the front is nothing but a fountain and some fake grass. I mean the back yard has to much dead space you could land a combat helicopter in the back and still have plenty of room LOL!! and those guest houses are just there to be there, the house has no special design to it no heavy upgrades, no vibrant colors, and no zest for life that would be greeting you in the morning. What I'm saying this home looks like it would best serve as an "AIR BNB" because I wouldn't want to live in it and it looks like it would be scary at night or especially on a windy night when you are looking into the backyard it seems like it would attract a lot of creepy critters as well, NOPE not me man I don't want to live here most definitely not, this home is not for me and they want $1.7 million for this "HUT" thanks but no thanks they can keep it sorry for the rant and on wards to the next home.

Seems like lately you just rush thru videos! why do them at all if you know you don't have enough battery time left and wait and do it right! If I was seller be disappointed you didn't take enough time to show my property. And as a buyer not enough time showing me the house, but New builds gets alot of time ,just stating facts, your videos lately are slipping.
