Two advanced students of Master Ie practice 8 form of Tai Chi in Mirror image for the benefit of student's daily practice sessions at home. This homework focuses on memorization and correct movements of the basic rudiments of Tai Chi.
I try to do the same on pairs. Great lesson when you have to do things opposite and then again on the other side. You left wonderful lesson here. Thank You.
Many thanks for posting this excellent demonstration. This form is short, compact, and easy to remember. What's not to like about this form? Quite often, I start my daily practice with this form.
I went to follow this but I think Im too simplistic One person moving in the correct sequence . one doing the opposite, why show them both. It confused me as I did not know which sequence to follow
