If it is just the ends that are damaged, cut it, I promise you won't regret it. Otherwise I highly recommend using castor oil on your roots and only argan oil shampoo and conditioner. If you have thick hair you can use coconut oil, but that is recommended more for girls who are African Americans and have super coily hair.
