That's true and somewhat sad. You can meet someone for the first time and something of a small interaction may occur between the two of you and you will never forget one another. It's like a spark has been formed and energy never dies. It just transforms from either high or low, low or high, and so on, forever.

So, not sure what kinds of connection it is: we’ve only met at group lunch a few times, didn’t talk much, but he’s on my mind to the point I cannot sleep. This is really annoying. I just want him out of my mind, so I can have a peaceful weekend all to myself.

Absolutely same, my boss of 5 years. Can't get him out of my head, cry, wake up from nightmares in the middle of the night. We have small chat here and there, nods with approval and acceptance, without words I interpret it, gives me nicknames, defends me, but is the most shy, but. I feel this all times 1000 and I'm sorry you're going through it. Try to find some new hobbies to get it off your mind?

This happens to me so i discovered that mood swings too ultimately that always lead me to distraction so i have changed my timing of doing my work. So i do my work qhen rest of world goes to sleep with least distraction and thoughts don't come at this time. Also i think that our brain has also power to get over this do something which is most important for you and you will get rid of it. 😊

A friend from college was on my mind I have been off FB since 2015 so I checked to see what he was up to and I found out that he was killed in a car accident 5 years ago😢 RIP ANT🕊️

Yes , it does help because there's this one person ( a boy ) that I can't seem to stop thinking about. I spent so much time with him that I can't forget about him now that he moved away. Damn , I miss him badly.

we’re both are going our separate ways after finishing high school, but somehow even after meeting other guys.. i still cant forget about him. but why? we both used to like each other and he even confessed to me but i ruined it and rejected him even when i know i have feelings for him. but i guess the 18 y/o me thought that it’s better if we’re not dating? gosh idk… we clicked so well and i feel like we completed each other yet somehow i ruined it?
