merry Christmas to you, as well! Merry Christmas to your fam, too - give your parents a hug for me, LOL. Love, Random middle age woman on the internet in the US who will spend her holiday with her 2 cats and thinking about deceased family whose faith in God was unwavering
@nonenone5413 Um, thanks. I'll actually be working a double/16 hr shift on Christmas. Appreciate your kind words though and also a Happy New Year to you as well!

+dr. Light tbh on their demo albums are pretty much shitty ones, but everyone just looks over them because there are also tracks on there which are just pure gold. But on their public albums I have to say there is never anything bad. These guys are just legends.
+Andrew Bowers I could not agree more. I mean I am not a big fan of Christmas music, but thing song is amazing! I would totally listen to this for the entire month of December :D
Christmas 2022 incoming. Can the world FINALLY get better again, finally? It was enough of the Dark Years! So glad this shining light of hope is always there though
JoyStar I like instrumentals because they make you think of your own adventure, your very own story :D TSFH just made instrumentals to a whole new level :D

I'm battling against depression now, but this one really made me feel that i can win against it. Extreme chills on Hark the Herald Angel Sings, and Oh Holy Night. I've never felt this kind of level of epicness before. I can't explain the goosebumps that i felt now. So this is how winning a war and achieve peace feels like. No words needed. Just pure epic music!
Paul John, many of us experience these same feelings. I’m in my 80s and last of my family, most friends gone coping best I can, like I hope you are. I just came onto this magnificent music, so I’m hoping you see this later. Let go of the PAST and enjoy Christmas. 🎄 Merry? if possible! Love ❤️ Grandma
I always tend to cook around christmass for the family, putting music in the background... guess i've found my new inspiration source for next time. xD
" *As I entered through the gates of the town*, a beautiful scene revealed before my eyes. Every rooftop me was covered in thick layers of snow, giving the place a somewhat magical look, as if taken from a fairy tale. Tall trees were placed at every street corner, with tiny colorful lights floating around them, softly blinking as I passed near them. I kept walking around the snowy streets, looking around, hypnotized from the view. Every window was shining with the warm light of a dancing fire inside, giving a cozy and warm feeling to anyone who peeked, even with the freezing wind blowing outside. It was a fantastic feeling. A feeling of home, you could say. On my way within the town, an old lady in a long, white snow coat greeted me warmly. "Hello, young one. Are you lost?" she said in a big smile. "No, not at all. I'm just looking around." "Aha! Wonderful, isn't it? Nothing like the festive spirit of the white holiday, I would say. Quite the feeling. One could never have enough of it!" she replied and smiled again. "Excuse me, but... what is the white holiday?" I asked, confused. Her eyes opened in surprise. "Well I'll be! You don't know the white holiday, young one?" "Not really..." I mumbled. "You're not from around here, are you?" "No ma'am. I come from far away, on a journey to explore the big world." "Ah! Well well..." she said, giving me a thorough look. "Fear not, dear. I know just what to do." She put her hand on my shoulder, crouched next to me and pointed out to the distance. "See that large building there? Go there." she smiled. "All your questions will be answered there." I followed her finger and could notice the pale silhouette of a tall building at the distance, barely seen behind the falling snowflakes. "I will, ma'am. Thank you!" "Don't mention it. Good luck with your travels, young one!" she smiled once again and waved me goodbye, then turned and continued on her way. I started crossing the town to the other side, wondering what I'll find there. The outlines of the building became more and more solid as I got closer, and as I finally reached my destination, I found a large and tall stone building standing in front of me. Two towers were growing out it's angled roof, and sculptures of all kinds of creatures were craved in it's buildings, with large stone wings craved behind them. A huge wooden door was in front, three times my size probably, yet it swiftly opened to the lightest touch of my hand. As I entered the building, the sound of singing people filled my ears, echoing from the stone walls of the long corridor in front of me. I walked down to a second, smaller door at the other side of it, trying to figure out where the noise came from, yet when I opened the next door, my question was answered: In the large hall in front of me were hundreds of people, singing. A marvelous chorus came out of their mouths, in a language I never heard before. It was a happy melody of some kind, very warm and lifting. Their voices echoed inside the hall from everywhere, as if the music surrounds us in an invisible ring. I stood there, speechless, stunned by the wonderful scenario, as the sound of their choir filled my mind. And then, suddenly, a calm feeling I couldn't explain suddenly washed me from inside and filled my throat. I walked towards the people and joined their rows, and then, without thinking, I started singing with them. I didn't know the words nor the melody, but they still came out on their own, accurate and loud. And there I stood, together with everyone, singing the song of our hearts, and in a one last crescendo came the words I never heard before, yet felt so welcoming: *We wish you a merry Christmas* *We wish you a merry Christmas* *We wish you a merry Christmas* *And a happy new year!* " _~Opalium_ **Thanks for reading! I've played this song at 23:59 31th of December last year on a rooftop of my house and watched fireworks started to blow to this brilliant music... This was one of the most epic moments in my life. I hope the fireworks show in my town will be the same epic this year. Merry Christmass everyone, and Happy New Year!
@@Justforvisit I thought you and @JoyPitch were just mis-hitting the '@' and trying to timestamp the song at `3:57`. Then I remembered that some regions use a 24-hour time format and 23:59 == 11:59 pm. Doh! I was losing it trying to figure out how to listen nearly 24 minutes into a seven-minute song...
I know I'm late, but they should make an entire song just based around the idea of 3:00. I really liked that part, much better than the parts after that.
I'm starting to make a tradition of listening to this song in December when you can officially listen to Christmas music. Let's not forget the reason for the season while we enjoy this enchanting and empowering music.
If I close my eyes, I can see Father Christmas readying his sleigh.... his strong reindeer pawing the icy ground... magical elves and Christmas fairies casting sleeping spells across the world's children....the Northern Lights dancing around the Bethlehem Star..... and my daughter playing with resplendent wonder in her first snowfall... Happy Christmas, everyone!!!!!!
So sad we Muslims dont celebrate Christmas. but to all those who do....Merry Christmas and may it be the happiest and most epic of your lives thx to TSFH for this great piece...aaaaand have a good day everyyyybody
When "Hark the Herald Angels Sing" plays, I suddenly see myself guarding a church at Christmas Eve, fending off a demonic attack and singing the carol to rally and inspire others inside the church to rise to the occasion!

This Yule my children came for lunch and stayed to play some adult cards against humanity, at one point my 31 year old daughter said "I'll bet $100 that card is Andrew's" to which I held out my hand and asked for the money. She looked me, stunned. "Dad.. that was YOU? she shreaked. I'm 70 this year don't you know. I don't see my children that often any more. It was a beautiful Christmas's day for me, a rare one but a beautiful one.
when... at long last... after 3 days of harsh preparations, testing, training, tears, and blood . . . You proudly present . . . _THE CHRISTMASS DINER ! ! !_
Third year in a row listening to this on repeat for both the months of November and December. If anyone sees this comment a month and a week from now, Merry XMas to you.
Here we are precisely one year later and this track never gets old. Who would have thought that all those classic Christmas songs redone and compiled into one great track could be so magnificently epic? This is why Thomas Bergersen will always be one of my favorite composers/orchestrators.
I ran a church choir for 36 years - if I could have ever got them to sound even 1% as good as this, I might still believe in a God. This is how Christmas music should sound.
Some bake cookies, some write cards, and others give presents to say "Merry Christmas." These guys blast your ears off with some of the most epic music ever composed!
16 years ago this Friday, I survived the car wreck that killed everyone else with me. Three dead, me busted up...22 Dec 2001. I still have trouble with Christmas music. Thanks though.....this helps.
No one should have to go through what you did. I do hope that you've found the help you've needed to move forward, and that you're doing better now. o7
I feel for you. One of my co-workers was killed in a fiery car crash around this time of the year in 2014. Literally the previous day she was hugging me and wishing me a Merry Christmas. I was in absolutely no celebratory mood when New Year's came around that year... Amazing lady, she was. Always cheerful and had a smile that could light up the whole room. I found strength the following year by keeping in mind that she would have wanted us to be happy and live our lives to the fullest. Continue to remember them in your Christmas prayers, and I hope you find strength as well. And yes, it is beautiful piece! :')
Merry Christmas everyone! We've been through a tough year and we have tough years to come, but let our mutual love for TSFH guide us through high and low tides alike!
this song is for all of us..for all the sacrifice, pain and hardship we endure due to this pandemic, to all our loved ones who lost, to all our loved ones that are still here with us, to all our friends who were there besides us through thick and thin..we still have a long way to go boys and girls.. i wish all of you a merry christmas and a wonderful new year.. may god bless us all ❤️🇵🇭
This is still by far my favorite Christmas music arrangement. I really love the finale song We Wish a Merry Christmas, it has a little bit of Disney vibe during the firework finale at the park. Now I want to watch fireworks lol
Sounds like the opening to a heartwarming classic Christmas movie that reminds you of Christmas as a child when things were so much happier...excuse me I think I have something in my eye.
Eyy, RU-vid finally recommend me something nice. And Just in time before Christmas too ! Cheers To Everyone, Hope you all have a great Holiday This Year !!
It's sad how some people on the Internet immediately get offended and partially even offensive when someone doesn't share a conventional accepted opinion.
Never in my 67 years did the thought of winning a war EVER cross my mind until I heard this and reflect upon the victory won on the CROSS that started with a Babe in a manger - where some lambs are born. EVEN SO, COME, LORD JESUS!
