I have been listening to Two Steps from Hell non stop for 1 year now. At home and work. From when I wake up until I go to bed I listen on repeat. Simply wonderful. Best music ever.
I feel as if this track is trying to tell a story. All I have to do is close my eyes and listen to it, and the story plays for me like a movie. I love it!
Excellent music from the masters of their craft. Filled with beauty, these compositions are not able to leave anyone indifferent. Two Steps From Hell did not disappoint, as always.
Couldn't stop listening TSFH's organic musics with tons of different experimental musical instrument that I heard this song got a short phrase of airy Japanese flute sound. So cool and great to my ears as well.................... Keep on working TSFH experimenting with tons of different ethnic musical instruments on the earth....................................................... STF ......................................
I will never understand why people, who doesnt like this kind of therapy, even bother to listen this brave-making, enchatning and powerfull music. Why they bother to push that button?
owow 5/5 this song amazing again another superb title can they do bad? i dont think serious those musiques are so much powerfull GG TWO STEPS FROM HELL YOU WON
I was about to walk in the kitchen when my phone vibrated. Currently baking a cake. Gonna let it listen to this and hopefully it'll become something epic ;)
Thomas, if you're paying attention, you really need to write a symphony. Not various compositions that could be used in a thematic album like your current works, but a truly inspiring symphony where each movement builds on the previous. You could easily become one of the 'classical' masters of our time. Cheers!
@@frigorificoespecial6497 Thanks, I didn’t need one but welcome. I was just featured in a massive collab getting me from 40 to 105 subs. Go search up Useful Charts if you want to see it. I’m the last chart in the video.
Just introduced my kid to your music (he's neurodivergent) and he lit up like never before, it's like he found a very own anchor to the world around him, giving him strength to face and deal with 'typical life' situations which he always struggled with before... may sound crazy, I know, but it's just that. And I just want to say thank you so much.
Not surprising, there is sound science behind it. The response to rhythm and tone is very deep in the human brain, and even people who are virtually comatose with dementia will respond to the music they enjoyed in their earlier life. Google "music frissons" to see another music-based phenomenon that shows how deep the music goes.
I'm with you my companion! Let me fetch my trusted steed and we shall travel upon the horizon together! To fight, to win and if so, to die! Let's us go now and become legendary!
Has anybody noticed that this song is a sonata form? This is my approach of analysis: EXPOSITION 0:00 Theme A (Am) 0:48 Bridge 1:46 Theme B (Dm) 3:19 DEVELOPMENT (4:28 small star wars reference, at least for me) RECAPITULATION 5:22 Theme a (Cm) 6:10 Bridge 7:08 Theme B (Fm) Incredible work!!!!!!!
@@makeitquick3998 well, then I'm sorry you only understand memes and things like so. 😜😜 Just joking😊😊😊. Now, I didn't and I don't matter at all whether my comment was liked or not, because my intention was to point out how well composed this song was. Of course, the comment was oriented to people who know about music, but also to people who want to learn new things even if they don't know anything about music. So if you didn't like that comment, then ignore it😋😊😊😊😊.
@@gogoat2412 I liked the comment, actually. I just haven't learnt of the sonata structure yet - I'm sure I'm not alone there. There are also low chances of memers listening to this masterpiece, because most of them are slightly uncultured in many forms. My comment had a slightly negative tone, yes, but there is another side to it. I'd expect more likes from this kind of comment if the whole world was as educated as you might be. I'm not sure I understand what a sonata is supposed to include, heck I barely know anything about it. Plus, it's a great thing to have likes on a comment - an exponential growth, you could say - because the more likes you have, the more the comment will be noticed, the more people will see it.
Nahuel Lazarte one must first endure the seven trials of blood and steel to obtain the WRATH OF FLAME sword from Ingmar the Dragon king atop of blood mountain. then travel to the den of the undying in the land of hylea to vanquish "The marquee of rot" king mortus and obtain his crown and bring it to the summit of champions. then and ONLY then will one earn a reply from TSFH.
Thomas Bergersen is actually a Metalhead who plays melodic guitar riffs in his secret hideout [ A Forest where all the beautiful Elven lives ], and he translates his ideas into Orchestral.
I think the part from 0:48 to about 3:12 and the similar part that comes near the end is amazing. The rest kinda pulls this down for me, but doesn't stop it from being great.
To be honest, the one that is taking off is Thomas. Nick's songs sound quite always the same. I recently learned that TSFH was two composers, and so I looked every album tracklist to see who composed which song. Thomas won 99,9 % of my favorite songs.
Ahhhh! A notification from Two Steps From Hell!! This SO made my day!!!! 😍 Thank yooouu for composing another epically awesometastic (but-not-long-enough!!) song, Mr. Bergersen!!! 👏👍 'Been listening to this eversince the album release date, but I still can't get enough of this song!! 😍
My favorite thing to do while listening to TSFH is close my eyes, raise the volume, and press the headphones really close to my ears for maximum epicness. TSFH songs never get old
Khada Jhin Same! But I did just the opposite on the last bit: you must try it with really good quality speakers. Speakers that make the sound wash over you like it was meant to be heard in an orchestra, and not just into your ears. Sound that makes their bases tremble with the epicness like the drumming of a horse's hooves during a charge. The kind of power that can be all around you... then close your eyes, *and listen.* MTMMYB May the music make you braver
like because the name was enchantress. I get it man. nice pun. that was a great pun that made me laugh a little bit earlier today when i read the pun. could I hire you as a professional pun writer for my new children's instructional erotic novela short series with slight comedic elements? I really think your talent would be a great addition to our team of passionate developers because of the astronomical affinity for slight humor you demonstrated in your past comment which I read and laughed at earlier today when it was read by me whilst i read the other comments on this video. the slight humor which you evidently contain mastery over is an invaluable tool for the purposes of adding slight humor to the children's instructional erotic novela short series with slight comedic elements which is being produced by me and other people who are involved in the project. once we get one more slight humor writer onboard we will all be rich so I thought after seeing your comment I should ask.....you to see if you wanted to write more great slight humor for the series maybe?
jim gordon That's very kind of you. I wasn't even intending it to be a pun. ^^" But "children's erotic" instructional novela? I'm sorry but that turns me off. I'm not into that sort of thing. Nor do I believe it's appropriate to be creating that kind of content for children. But thank you for the offer.
Well that was the most epic cup of tea ever! Someone tell me how many lives did I just save? How many dragons do I see lying dead before me? My soggy bowl of cornflakes and drive to work is going to be a very disappointing follow up.
Imagine the cornflakes the food before the battle, and the drive the horse to take you there. Work will be the fight, and then the drive home will be to reunite with the light and take a look to see the sight of your life. Holy fuck, I spit fire there.
Wow! I absolutely LOVE "TSFH" music but my gosh, after giving 10 minutes of my life to this music (and more so in the future), I actually feel as if I just watched a 5 star rated movie because this music ACTUALLY sounds cinematic and very movie like! I love swimming in TSFH's ocean of music and I'm so glad I'm lost in it..
truly phenomenal, one of the most beautiful things is lying back with heaphones, listening to tsfh and clearing your mind to let the story flow into your mind. This song truly took me on a journey, started in a village, and ventured to a derelict castle watching over the valley. finally arriving after a perilous journey, i explored the castle as i felt eyes watching me. finally, i locked eyes with a disheveled but deeply beautiful woman.. we chased through the rubbles and crumbling architecture until finally catching her and rolling into a beautiful moment of connection
she then brought me to the highest tower where we gazed upon the beauty of the landscape and lands. then we chased through the forest where she took me to an ancient cave with unimaginable beauty
I thought you were implying that Justin Bieber was their only subscriber. And I was like, well at least he has good taste, even if he cant' sing for toffee
Begersen here develops three themes with variations on them, then starting at 5:42 brings them together with a masterful conclusion at 7:46. Spectacular.
