Loved your video and the great interaction between the two of you! My mom taught me to cross-stitch and now I’m teaching my youngest daughter to cross-stitch. Love seeing the tradition in other families and all the great pieces you picked. I have recently found a few Lizzie Kate patterns and will have to get more after seeing the ones you showed.

Just found you two on a RU-vid recommendation. Loved seeing the fabrics you guys got and I will definitely be checking out the links! I’m just starting to cross stitch, but have been sewing, quilting and crocheting for years. Too many WIPs right now to count - a crocheted sweater that I’m working on, multiple quilts in various stages of completeness, and two cross stitch projects. Like Carol says, I should just work on one project at a time.

Such a great 1st Floss Tube! I really enjoyed it. I lived in Terre Haute, IN for 364 days (ha!) in 1979-1980. Been back in my home state of Virginia ever since. All of your finishes are wonderful. I will have to check out Cross-stitching Supplies. You are lucky to have so many LNS's. Looking forward to seeing your next video!

Really enjoyed your first floss tube video! Congrats on starting your channel from a fellow Hoosier. I moved to the state due to my husband's career, initially living in Zionsville and now Bloomington. I'm so lucky to have Fancy Stitches nearby! I, too, am tall and my biological mother was barely 5 feet. So many stories over the years questioning how we could possibly be related! So anxious to see your future videos.

I'm a fellow Flosstuber and really enjoyed seeing a Flosstube video with something besides samplers and the same patterns that everyone is stitching. (I like seeing samplers but some of them are huge and I would never finish them.) I love Lizzie Kate, Hands on Design, Heart in Hand, and believe it or not, I have some Doodles that I haven't even started. Hope to see many more videos and beautiful projects. I enjoyed seeing your projects. I really like the Lizzie Kate one on the sparkly fabric and the Janlynn ornaments. RU-vid played your flosstube automatically after a previous one ended. I just started watching flosstube about a few months ago, I knew about them but wasn't sure how to proceed because I used to be a blogger and read tens if not hundreds of blogs in a week and there is no way to watch but a few floss tube videos a week and just don't know where to begin. I have been stitching for over 20 years. I don't have a flosstube of my own. I have several projects going at the moment myself. I keep my finishes in a portfolio because I don't enjoy finishing anything and don't have space for framing anymore.

I loved watching your first flosstube and I'm looking forward to the next one. We all seem to have the same problem in that we want to make all the things. There are not enough hours in a day to do all the things I'd like. I need a stitch that says "Great cook, bad dishwasher".
