I can't believe this idea is even being entertained, especially by the SCOTUS. What a waste of time and money. The idea is absurd.

This Supreme Court is disgusting. To even take this case in the first place! And allowing Trump to stay his federal charges and avoid prosecution before the election is anti-American. We need terms for Supreme Court judges at the very least.

There is a simple solution for a former president to avoid being prosecuted after leaving office. Don’t commit crimes while in office!

The story is rather simple: Don the Con asked for Absolute Immunity for President. And his supporters in the court figured that if they rule that the President has Absolute Immunity, not only looks bad for the court, but also gives Biden the freedom to do whatever he wants with Don the Con. So, they came up with a solution that the court would frame the issue in a way to create Maximum Confusion and Delay and Prevent his Criminal Trials.

I wish they hadn’t used Ty for his comments…

It is understood that it is impossible to include all present and future situations into our law & our constitution . History has shown us very few cases of acting or former presidents questioning their actions , intent & motivation to defend our constitution. Therefore such rare occasions must be presented to the people on case by case basis & treated without delay .. Presidential Immunity questions are important enough to be treated case by case & expeditiously . "Any action by an acting or former president commited with malicious intent will disqualify him instantly from presidential immunity." All acting and former presidents should be held accountable to fulfilling their oath of office. Let's quit fiddling around with our constitution and what our founders & frameworkers put in place to protect it . Our founding fathers and frameworkers are turning over in their graves with all this legal mental media masturbation we are putting ourselves through now a days. What are you talking about? Why would that be a win for Trump? If the case is being sent back to the court at the end of June, discovery or pre-trial will start in september this year! We may not have a verdict in november, but Trump will have to sit in court again!
