Ty Gibbs is known for getting emotional and heated during a race. It happened again at Sonoma, and this time, the 21-year-old driver expressed his anger by doing donuts right in the middle of a massive crash scene. The JGR driver made it clear who he was upset with over the team radio and it was a familiar foe and former teammate. Joey Logano and Daniel Suarez called him out for his behavior in the Fox broadcast booth.
Kyle Larson won the race on Sunday but got the attention of reporters on Saturday when he made a surprising comment about Kyle Busch regarding an incident the week before with the two-time champion at St. Louis.
Busch wasn't happy after the race at Sonoma for another incident when Ross Chastain wrecked him on the last lap. The Richard Childress Racing driver shared how he felt in a team statement. The Trackhouse driver addressed the incident on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio and was unapologetic for his aggressive driving.
