I’m from virgie you should come see it haha not much here but shut down mines you can thank Obama for that but I’m lucky I’m still working. The old middle school shut down and the high school absorbed everything but we still have a lot of ppl living in the virgie camps
Yeah he and a few others, let's see, Tyler, Sturgill Simpson, Cody Jinks, Margo Price, Lukas Nelson, Amanda Shires, Shannon McNally, & Shooter Jennings, pritty good company...
My daughter and I drove to Louisa, Ky last year to watch him play the Lawrence County music fest.. it was the best I've ever been to in 53 yrs.. he is awwsome!
We got my daughter and her boyfriend tickets to see him in Austin TX for Christmas. They took a 2 week vacation and made it an adventure driving from Ohio and back. My daughter kept saying how she wished I could've seen him with them. So I surprised her and got tickets for this show for the 2 of us. It was so amazing! We spotted Mr Craig Burletic hanging out in the crowd before the show. We don't just love TC, we love the Foodstamps too!! Can't wait to see another show!
Was at this concert for my birthday last year and it was the most incredible concert I’ve ever been to. I still remember that smile during Lady May plain as day. The crowd knew every single word
@@tonycox8746yeah you got it where y’all from I’m resting my head in Virgie right now. But that’s exactly where he gets his lyrics from the all these miners and old men talking on the front porch
Great concert, love this guy😊. Voice is full of emotions- hope to attend one of performances some day. Thanks for sharing with us- GingerS from coastal S. Carolina
This guy can't write a bad song. This tour is so damn good that I'm scared something is going to take this good man away. It's like the past with people of his talent and how could something so good last very long. God I sure hope not.
And proud of him you should be! A fine songwriter and unique voice. Have been lucky enough to see him in the 🇬🇧 and hope to see him again in Glasgow 2024 🤞
Damit love it seen him in Minnesota I think June 8 or ninth and it was awesome and four days before that I went and seen Hank Williams Junior in Cincinnati. Unbelievable. Thanks for posting
One time I saw Zach Bryan do a cover of Tyler’s and someone commented, “Zach Bryan’s amazing, but he ain’t no Tyler.” At the time I thought the dude was crazy but damn was he right.
Gawd, that must be both wonderful and awful for a performer to have the songs you're singing sung back to you as you sing 'em. Guess he can relax and doesn't have the pressure of emoting all those powerful songs again and again but maybe it's kinda awful too because he can't connect to his own songs during the show because everyone is singing along. I'm not a performer-- so maybe I'm waaaay off?! ANY PERFORMERS out there have thoughts about it?
I can't understand why anyone would pay money to just yell lyrics back at the stage. Save that money and go outside with headphones. It would be cheaper.
You'll be hard pressed to find a performer that can answer this for you because the only performers who would be able to tell you are way too famous. I think they'd love it. Based off the reactions I've seen from Zach Bryan (his crowds always belt the lyrics to each of his songs at all his concerts), performers love it. It really makes you realize just how "big" you are as an artist!
While I’m sure Tyler writes his music for himself first (his genuineness is one of the things that makes him so exceptional), I can’t think of much that would be more powerful than hearing your words connect and be reflected back to you from tens of thousands of people in the moment.
I want to see Tyler. But with the croud pretty much singing over him. I'd rather not pay to hear that. Same with Zack Bryan. Too much in the audience. Barely hear the actual artist.
