Agreed.... Personally I think the whole verse is so powerful and it really needs to heard by whole world, young and old. "Keep in mind that a man's just as good as his word.... It takes twice as long to build bridges you've burned....And there's hurt you can cause time alone cannot heal .... keep your nose on the grindstone... and out of the pills"
In 2017, I hadn't heard of Tyler Childers yet, and I was at a Shooter Jennings concert, I was buying Shooter Jennings t shirt, wasn't busy yet, so I started talking with Shooter's merch guy, and he gave me a copy of Purgatory, said "check this out" Fan ever since. Had tix to see Tyler & Sturgill April 2020, that of course got canceled. So now 2024 finally will see Tyler Childers in Milwaukee June 28. I am stoked!! Cheers y'all 🇺🇸
Hey!!!! That’s about the time I got into Tyler as well & I was lucky enough to see him one time in TX & then one time here in the Northeast. Now I get to see him again next week at MSG after being so disappointed when him & sturgill’s show got cancelled
It’s nice to see how healthy he has gotten. His music is my favorite. I’m glad he’s doing well and taking care of himself. We’ll get to hear it for a long time to come!

@@albertcadams how rude! how about thanking the person that took the time to record this incredible set and put it on the internet for ungrateful people like you to watch!
I loved this show. I was afraid my outburst at about the 10:10 mark might be obnoxious. As I Circleville resident I couldn’t contain myself during that one line. But thanks to this recording, doesn’t sound like I damaged the performance, except for maybe a couple of the folks near me!
They'll be fine! I was up near where this video was taken and I can assure you that no one up there cared (and if they did, fuck em, you paid the same amount to be there too).
