Tyler makes music he wants to make and does it in an incredibly artistic way, different to everyone else. Tyler is different in his own way, but not too different so it creates a perfect line between artistic ability and execution. DJ Khalid would never understand that.
I know it’s used just as background music for the videos, but it hilariously and unintentionally makes it sound like people are playing Tyler’s album and not his around him.
Khaled’s only thought when it comes to albums is throwing several famous artists onto tracks and expecting them to drop hits. Tyler’s albums are really well composed and put together, and actually has heart and soul out into them. Khaled sells because of the big names on his records, but Tyler sells because he knows how to make great albums.

I have nothing against dj khaled, some songs I like from him but I would rather have my song/songs be at the top of the billboard top 100 or number 1 rather than have it played at clubs, back of the Maybach, barbershop etc because I know that my fans enjoy my music and that I'm executing my job amazingly
