😂😂This fucker is so damm wack it aint even funny DJ my ass! Jazzy jeff is a DJ DJ Qbert is a Dj Mix Master Mike Ect! Thats why Hip Hop Sucks now because of Muthafuckas like him! No Skill!
Wish the same was said for nicki.. Meanwhile another girl who clearly didn’t write anything in her album, gets a Grammy, bet award and general ass licking behaviour from the industry
He's more of an exec than an actual musician. Most of his fame comes from his ability to find other people who are talented and slap his brand onto their work.
You have to think that in order to keep going until you get to the level where he got. Imagine if you made music but 99% of your audience don't even know what your role is on the album or what even is your talent.
Definitely not you could see the progression when you're with here from the start going from releasing songs with 200 listens to now being at the top of the billboard Khaled can hate on him all he wants but Tyler made his way to the top based on his talent which he can't say at all
-Doesn't do any musical work -Puts together terrible album -Album reaches high on the Billboard charts Yet he's somehow unhappy because his album isn't doing even better
Agree that it’s whiny and ungrateful, but psychologically the marketing weight of being able to say that your album debuted at number 1 holds a lot more weight than number 2. It just does.
@@zerdaloo Tyler proves himself to be a good rapper from his albums like wolf or bastard and show a personality like the aggressive edgy guy in his old music to the sensitive guy who wanna find love in his latest record but Billie sings a written song from her songwriter on an expensive production with one of the biggest labels pushing her music even if she's talented she don't need the talent to make accessible pop music any 12 years older can listen to. Tyler started from nothing but she got planted in the industry.
you'ss arab one she does write her songs with her brother though? she’s incredibly talented and has vocals not many can do, it’s okay to not like her music but there’s no denying that she is talented.
@@-finelinehabits-4302 no she sucks and I had a whole 45 minute argument with my best friend why I don't like her and he's a fan I don't wanna repeat it now all I wanna say that she's trash overrated industrial plant talentless and even her opinions about anything is like any 16 year old white girl would say so she's trash as a public figure before that she trash on music.
So basically *DJ Khaled is mad that people do something different (Tyler,The Creator,Billie Eillish) in music rather than doing the same thing you've been doing 5 years ago*
I mean... Is he lying tho. These mainstream musicians arent even that good anymore. You actually have to search for underrated artists for talent now. The problem is we have a lot of "artists" but we dont have Superstars anymore. They are talented without that It factor.. Ya feel me?
The only one I hear anywhere is Wish Wish... Which is for me is like 7 outta 10 not bad bad.. But its nothing spectacular. I mean ironically it has Cardi on it sooooooo thats why its selling.
hotpockets69 Because of the idea of “feature culture,” where the more big names there are on a project, the more popular it ends up being. While IGOR had features, it decided to hide them rather than parade them like Khaled’s album. This goes against the notion that features = streams/sales, so it’s ironic.
I once hung out with someone whose Spotify only played three songs: I'm The One, Humble and something else popular in 2017. Wherever we went he'd have those three on loop. He was alright but he was a normie.
Tyler: creates a beautiful, 10/10 masterpiece crafted to perfection with each song adding on to the next, not one being skippable, defying expectations and the boundaries of music. DJ Khalid: yells his name on generic songs
Jhonadelic hes probably never even heard of those 2 judging by his arrogancy😂 tyler and billie bout to be in his entire album so he could "be the best"
He also literally did nothing to promote his album. There was no creative music video or teaser. No Hot Ones. No Vogue or GQ interviews. He prob didn't even have/listen to a PR team
no no that's saved for tom mcdonald he's the special boi with the perfect hook *WHITE BOY WHITE BOY WHITE BOY* and melon did him justice for that video
Lmao, DJ Khaled kissed the industry's ass so much, that he expects them to help him reach nr.1 with every song be releases. That just proves that going with the trend won't always land you where u want it to go. He deserved it, and he deserved even worse. I'm glad to see him like this! This made my day
There are a few options. Going from least confident to most: - You put out only singles. - Meh - You don't give a damn. - Nah - You do a diss track. - Yay! xDxD You can always invide Call Chuchesta. He will be more than happy to collab on this xd
i’ve heard bad guy play by billie eillish at least once every day any time i’m a) in public (it played at an amusement park like 6 times 2 days ago) b) in a car (the radio stations) I HAVENT HEARD A SINGLE FATHER OF ASAHD SONG ANYWHERE
Khaled has zero % music talent. He is an A&R promoter. Give me 60 mins blindfolded to clash him in a studio. He wouldn’t even know what a compressor does
ooh is this the place where we make lame fucking production jokes? let me have a go: uhhh how about we download a trial mastering plugin and then put it on the stereo bus for his voice after the trial has expired so that you can't hear anything haha got em
It’s worth mentioning that when Tyler dropped Flower Boy, it debuted at #2 behind Lana Del Rey’s album by just over a thousand units. Instead of being upset, he congratulated Lana and continued to flex his artistry even more with IGOR. Strictly focusing on singles can only go so far, but improving on your craft with time and patience will eventually pay off. Considering that IGOR is the album Tyler always wanted to make, it’s only fitting that he got #1 album over DJ Khaled.
I think Khaled's spot on SNL is the best representation of who he is as an artist. Without features, he wouldn't exist. It's so central to his career that when he was on SNL, he had like 10-12 different artists come out and perfect a medley of his songs. I agree with you, I don't think it's wrong necessarily, but yeah his greatest talent is networking because if you're only gonna work with people more talented with you they may as well be the chart toppers, and you know he studies the billboard 200.
