4:24 Note for the assholes out there: This procedure is meant to be done *consensually* in the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship, and with a plan for helping them calm down after the exposure. It's very different from forcing someone into random unexpected exposure to obsession triggers in everyday life. You can't just tease a mentally ill person with stuff that upsets them and pretend you're helping them.
