My mom is more of the last one who just wants me to have fun, she’s also like my groom in a ways as she helps me put the saddle if it’s a taller horse and if I need help with anything we try to do it ourselves before asking a stable hand for help. This was a great video!
It’s just mine also doesn’t want to pay for lessons even though I’m actually a natural. I liked watching the other kids trot as I was cantering by lmao
My big sis does that my mum's a bit scared lol 🤣 it's hilarious watching her face change when I ask her to hold him and he pulls faces when I put his saddle on . Mum just likes to muck out, fill the water buckets and brush the yard lol
My daughter Emma loves your horse videos. I am not a horse mom yet, however howled when I saw the "Over-Enthusiastic" Mom as I may resemble her one day LOL. 🤣My daughter agrees A LOT
My mom is kinda the over enthusiastic mom, but my dad is so paranoid about me riding that when he saw a picture of me picking my horses back hooves he went to me and said “Is this you? Because you know that one wrong move could get your eye knocked out or break a bone or something!” And I know he’s just concerned about me but like, chill out dude!
OMG, you were so on point with the unamused mom! The “I wish she did a real sport” and the pictures, “I took one of u last week”. Except my mom wants me to do football not soccer lol
I think my mom has seen me ride max 10 times the past 10 years lol. I have basically been adopted by the other moms😭 love the video, super fun to watch!
Same! Everyone in 4-H thought the instructor was my mom. 😂 some didn’t find out until my senior year. 🤯 they couldn’t believe it. But back then I was pretty quiet and didn’t correct anybody. 😆
Same 😂 my mom’s actually allergic to horses, so she occasionally watched from afar at shows. She hasn’t seen me ride since I got my license three years ago, and has only met my horse once
My mom‘s the one who encourages, even though she doesn’t really know anything about horses. When I first started riding, she was really nervous around horses, but now she loves coming to the barn with me. I hope you are getting better!☺️
This is 100% my mom!! I’m just starting right now, so hopefully she will get more used to horses soon right now she’s pretty uncomfortable but she still tries to encourage me❤️
My mom knew I loved horses so I got to trail ride maybe 3 times in my life... So when I became an adult I took it into my own hands and did what I wanted. Now, 10 years later, I have my own horse and love every minute :-) my parents are very supportive people, they just really never understood my passion for horses and never realized it wouldn't just be a phase
My mom is like a mix of all 3- like she doesnt like driving all the way out there, she loves to watch me ride, she waits in the car tho, and she’s always like “wow, you’ve only been riding for blah blah blah but your already- yeah.
My mom is kind of like the third one, but not as enthusiastic maybe on a lower scale. She used to ride and she will support anything I want to learn, I love you mom ❤❤❤❤❤❤
"Did you guys throw it away? Or maybe keep it, because its the best she'll ever do..." ARGHHHH HOW BOLD IS THAT ITS EVEN STRESSFUL 🤣😅 I would hate going to lessons with my mom if she acted like this! 😂 I go with my dad tho lol
My mom always is the one that either can’t handle the heat and stays in the car with the air conditioner or the one that is very encouraging and just wants me to have fun 😂
My mom is fed the over enthusiastic one! She’s always like: That was so good! I definitely see improvement!! Meanwhile I preformed worse than the week prior...
I only realised last year mid way through a showjumping round that the saying at 1:14 is true! Also where’s the mum, that knows you love it, but spends money on a expensive private school rather, when you get want the horse!
Maybe you'd have to be a mother to see it, but the problem with the "over-enthusiastic mom" is that she'd be just as "jazzed" if her daughter were doing watercolor toe-painting or Kardashian make-up tutorials. It's not the enthusiasm that's the problem; it's the complete lack of recognizing the VALUE of the skills involved. This mother offers to let her daughter quit if she's "not having fun," without recognizing that anything worth doing is going to have some tough spots and some outright failure. If your mom has to "push" sometimes, love her for it. That's when it's toughest to be a mother.
My mom stays in the car and if she’s out of the car she’s taking pictures of all the animals for me she’s also very encouraging I’m glad to have a horse mom like her 💕💕
This is so funny! My mom is mixed type who supports and is proud of me for being really interested in a sport but refuses to drive me to riding school lol. She would send my riding video to all her friends but doesn't like to go to the barn😂
My mom is the over enthusiastic mom- except shes not obnoxious abt it and doesnt talk the whole time, instead she talks to me all about it in the car after the lessons, and is ALWAYS taking photots and videos, my mom and dad support me 100% in horses and im honestly so thankful😭 their willing to pay for my shows because they think its such a good sport for me and are rlly proud that im happy doing what im doing, they say as long as i enjoy what i do, and it makes me happy, they’ll support me in everything, and it just makes me so grateful, i mean its a wonderful sport, english or western, i love em both
My mom knowsa lot about horses already because she has had two horses, she still rides but not as often. She helps during my lessons though, she lowers the fences really quickly and helps me put on the saddle on horses that are ticklish or tall. I love her
I low key feel like my mom is the bored and enthusiastic one- she’s on her phone half the time or just not there at all but when she does care she’s so energetic! It’s like day and night crazy!
Im totally the last one. Im so psyched to see my kids ride. And its all about having fun and learning. But seeing it, guess I annoy people too. I believe in being encouraging and positive. Love seeing kids learn how to ride. Im one heck of a groom too.
Omg this is to accurate my moms is a “show mom” lol she helps me so much at shows. She helps me tack up, get ready myself, and always cheers me on even If I don’t place the best.
Lucky you. I do hunter jumper, and my mom isn't exactly the best about shows. She says they're way too expensive, but she's got a point. Hope you have lots of success showing!
My mom was awesome but I came from a big family so I had the supportive Dad at everything 😂😂😂 He was loud and didn’t know what was going on, but he made everything fun
My mom just drops me off and dips haha I work and ride the same day so she doesn’t wanna wait there. Also even when I just did lessons and didn’t work she just chilled in the car lol. But she is also supportive about me riding
I threw my phone across my room when she said "I wanted her to get involved in a sport..... No I mean a REAL SPORT." I know it's a skit but oh my god it pissed me off. 1:25
My mom hates horses absolutely hates them, well except my horse. But every time I learn something new on a horse or like when I was little she got so excited when I cantered for the first time! The reason she hates horses is because when she was little there was horrible little pony that would bite kick, get your foot stuck in the stirrup then run you along barbwire run under low trees to nock you off and lots more. But she was still so excited when I got into horse riding she was the one that convinced my dad to get me a horse!
My *DAD* Is the Over Enthusiastic, but I love him, and he gives me great support. Can you make a video on " Types of Equestrian Dads " next, if you can? Love the video!
Omg the second one is so relatable If it was a piano recital or something, I would be able to go to that, But, if I want to go to the barn or a show, our schedule is automatically “full.”
My mum always used to correct me on what I was doing when she used to take me to lessons when all the other mums were waving and smiling 😂 it made me better though!
SECOND. I love you so much and I’ve been a part of your channel for so long. I love you so much. You inspire me and sparked the interest for me to train mustangs in the future. You make me a better person I love you
I love my parents my mum always comes to my riding lesson and loves seeing me so much and also is always working so hard to make me happy she saw how much I loved rid8ng and told me she was going to get a riding lesson with my dad the really enjoyed it I am so happy that maybe one day we could be a riding family
My mom grew likeing horses and she supports me in riding and see if i like the place and the trainer im so happy that she supports me i really love doing it
