@@morgueblack huh you don’t ? In my gym it’s pretty normal for those who want to compete to be able to do Atleast that and jogging everyday before the coach even allow us to compete.
@@DK-yz9xk almost everyone who competes is expected to jog everyday, that i understand. spending more than 15 mins in shadowboxing though in a normal training session, seems too long. However if it's only before the fight, and you skip other training (such as pads or bag) then shadowboxing for that long is understandable.
@@morgueblack nah it’s fine, if you can skip rope using the Muay Thai skipping rope for half an hour then doing shadow isn’t really hard even before training
I'm definitely the actor, since my cardio is trash. Sometimes I really break down a technique like I just want to get it right, but it's just an excuse to move slowly.
