My breakthough with power of now (because it's hard at the start to let go of the wheel for longer than a few seconds) was to imagine life as a record and you are like the record needle, that can only experience the tiny live point, up and down with the frequency current height of the wave, no left-right forward-backwards. If you zoom in the much to the present, there is no space for words or inner narration, a quiet peaceful live mind.

I train intuitively n never follow anyone n im also doing a vertical push pull and horizontal push pull days (I'd that's what you meant. It makes for great super sets, bench with a bent over row, shoulder press with a lat pull down etc. Makes the most sense to me

I like to give books like these my full attention, so now with that finished I’m looking forward to my journey with mr Tolle. He’s a RU-vid favourite of mine. And on the mushroom thing I’m definitely looking into the micro dosing. I’ve been reading everything I can on the subject for the past 2 years and I see no negatives only good things.
