We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. @@GreatwhiteShark88 That depends on what you are actually doing as opposed to what you are supposed to be doing. The primary responsibilities of security personnel are to observe and report. However, as we've seen, many security workers take it upon themselves to bark orders and falsehoods to people who are doing nothing illegal on public property. When this happens, it is only right that the workers be identified in some way (not necessarily a name, but at least a personnel number) so that there is some measure of accountability. In short, if security personnel assume that they possess the authority to give orders, then they should also be responsible to identify themselves, just like cops.

The most telling thing is that the two employees/guards didn't have the balls to come out and apologize. Just the kind that never will accept they were in the wrong. I pity their families.

Auditing is a profession that is regulated by the state and requires a certain level of education in various accounting, auditing, tax, ethics, professional standards, legal subjects, the passing of a uniform exam (the CPA exam), and continuing education requirements.

Absolutely. There are good and bad apples. I know it’s a bad auditor, when the cops comes up and politely asks what they’re doing (although it’s still none of the cops business, kindness and respect should be met back), and they immediately have an attitude, start swearing, saying it’s none of their business etc… I support the mature guys, who are cordial and want to educate. Long Island audit, and AP are the best imo. The only 2 guys I really watch.

@@tylergary5953 Love Long Island Audit as well. Very nice dude, who seems genuinely interested in our constitutional rights, and protecting them. Guy puts himself in the line of fire constantly, knowing it could mean a lawsuit, and sticks with it till the bitter end.

@@helgashouseofpain yep, and he’s actually flawless in his lawsuits over the years if I’m not mistaken. 10-0 I think? He even trains police across the country. He helped get a some sort of law get passed regarding building in New York that was restricting the first amendment. I know he took it to court because the building had a policy in violation of the first amendment, and he won that as well.

Seems like the only people that need to be ID'd are those calling the police on others NOT breaking the law. It should be more of a concern to the police that people are wasting THEIR time. From Siouxland Commuity Health Center's own Web page : "This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals." They are a non-profit, so it isnt a government building, but they take our tax dollars from Health and Human Services, so we have the right to audit where our tax dollars go.

I missed it the first time I watched this, when the cops asked you to leave the driveway because it was blocked, but you were standing on the side and the cop was forced to move instead. This is an excellent way of keeping the thugs from flanking you, and I enjoyed the look of defeat on the cops face when he had to surrender his tactical position.

Thank you to last officer who demonstrates professionalism and respect. He has my respect and admiration! Ego trips for the others who convicted them before investigation. The law is decider here, not anyone’s feelings. Are they that insecure they need to be bullies? Very sad to see security and police colluding to violate their rights rather than uphold the laws! Sad state of affairs!!

I've made top 10 most wanted becouse I drove a car but my piece of plastic that they give you was suspended for who knows what? I didnt pay somethin on time probably? I get there stupid threatening letters all the time that if I dont do what they want when they want there guna suspend my frickin lisence! Always with the license! They make so many threats I dont even read them anymore! I pay what im saposed too. Sometimes they gota wait! Well, jokes on them! The license they threatened to suspend, I still havnt gotten back from them taking it last time! I tell ya, if they. would stop taking my frickin lisence, I wouldn't be committing any crimes! The only crime I commit is driving to work to earn money to pay for my crime of driving to work! Im sick of them! Fuck them! They can leave me alone! The only victim in the hole damn sanario is me! Of them!

I'm a retired Border Patrol Agent, I always used tact when interviewing someone. Always firm, friendly and polite. Had many people that, would extended their hands for a handshake. And Thank me for the respect I had given them on our immgration interview, even thought I was settting them up for a deportación back to their country. I been retired now for 13 yrs,

You'll have authority to carry concealed in every state, territory or possession of the USA. Even in Guam and Puerto Rico. Hawaii is tough but they're working it out. You'll also have huge protections if you must fire in self defense or the defense of others.

That security guard handled it awfully. I’m a armed security guard and that was shameful. The only thing I can say is that I’m almost sure he doesn’t need to give a private citizen his guard number. Being a security guard and Law Enforcement asks me for my credentials to ensure I’m not impersonating security then yes. Security guards do not swear an oath, they are contracted in which every company has there own rules on professionalism when working.
