Love how the female cop totally changed her tune when Jason proved that he knows the law. She started out with some nonsense about private property only to end up acknowledging that they had a right to do what they're doing and pretending that she never had a problem with them being there. Would definitely have gone differently if Jason didn't know his rights.

And either way, if I’m feeling or being harassed, I can always finish up and leave. As for the employees, they are paid to deal with customers/citizens. Note every citizen/customer is going to be easy. You deal with it. (I personally did not ‘like’ when customers came into our shop wearing too much perfume or cologne, I dealt with it. Served them quickly, efficiently, cordially, and professionally to keep the interaction as short as possible.)

The postal clerk has the discretion of being involved. But she has no authority to ban people for legal activities. Or any right to take herbown video. She surrendered that right when she took the job. Her video isnt hers it is public record. She also isnt free to stick her finger up when walking away. Her right to be freely abusive was taken away when she signed on to the staff policy for acceptable behaviour. Postmaster may need to correct her.

The USPS is not a federal funded building. The post office is an independent agency of the executive branch of the United States federal government. The post Master has the right to ask you to leave the property if a disturbance is occurring.

There so many non-confrontational Auditors out there, for instance check Long Island Audit. He has won many lawsuits (and it’s about wrong-doing/rights and not about getting rich). He has got protests together and works with the Police. 💪🤷

Any place I've worked, an employee berates a customer/the public like that while being a representative/agent of the company, those options are on the table. Where do you work where you can talk to customers or clients like that without any consequences? Not only her behavior, but she wasn't even aware that he was allowed to film there, the very place she is being presented as an authority within, and furthermore jumped into the fray without knowing any of his actual interactions making ignorant, if not entirely dishonest, claims about his actions.
