I've had a pretty successful painting business specializing in historic homes for 30 years now. The idiot who painted everything pink on and in this beautiful house should be ashamed. Even the once beautiful handrails for the staircase are pink. Does she have any idea the amount of work it will take to get that back to how it should be? It will never be the same. Even with painstaking meticulous work there will always be small reminders of what some jackass did to this majestic house. It looks like it was built in the mid to late 1800's and has stood the test of time. This hurts my feelings. Even if the contract was 300k, I would have turned it down.
