Fury has such an awkward build and style, but his technique and knowledge is on point. And the fact that it looks like he's barely punching yet delivering knockout power is crazy. Usually knockout power looks like knockout power, but fury is just casually throwing hands.

Tyson Fury is able to stand up to any heavyweight in the division.He was truly ferocious in his early fights before winning the World title.Good jab,fast hands, and a devastating punch.AJ,and Alexander Usyk may bring the best out of him.Possibly one more clash with Deontay Wilder a little further down the road,or a clash with Joyce, or this other similar heavyweight with a devastating punch.

Tyson early fight he was a beast... as of lately, he uses a lot of forearms to the face, pushing head down, hits behind head while pilling head forward with other hand. he hits and holds a lot know also. Fighting Usyk will depend on how much dirty stuff the ref allows Tyson to get away with.

As a Tyson Fury fan that was one of the worst if not worst highlights of any boxer I have ever seen. After watchin that I would not think the guy was a professional. I dont like it either cuz I always thought he was so good but now after actually watchin him fight I just cant see it no matter how much I want to. Very weird.

If this is the greatest of his generation, what a crap generation which is evidenced by the guys he is fighting. Looks like he is slapping his opponents into submission. Other than the uppercuts all his punches look like an armature clawing at a heavy bag. I saw maybe 1 or 2 actual knockouts in this entire montage. Just a big lug with some defense, a chin and enough power to eventually prevail. Can see in his younger days a great fighter. Shame what he has become.

One thing people often miss about TF is that his defense has really evolved over the years. He sometimes doesn’t look like he’s even defending- but he’s very hard to connect with, which for a man of his size is something. In his earlier fights he didn’t have the elusive head movement he now possesses. The swings and misses by opponents set up TFs combos and body work 🥊🥊

Obviously Fury won all 3 Wilder fights but I really liked how he fought in the first fight with his combinations. I prefer the more offensive fighting that he did in fight 2 and 3 but obviously he hurt Wilder pretty badly early in fight 2. I just feel like he slowed down as a fighter after fight 1.

Fury's punches are so deceptive. They don't look that hard but if you watch his follow thru Fury is punching for the other side of where they land. That follow thru is where his power comes from. There's a lot of weight behind those punches.

Fury was retired (fact), Usyk called him out (fact), Fury came out of retirement, said ok I'll fight, set a date, booked a venue, and Frank offered Usyk a contract (fact). Usyk then said 'I can't fight I need time to heal' (fact). So, now out of retirement Fury had to find another opponent, and offered AJ a fight, and AJ turned it down, so he went down the list of available opponents and the next highest ranked opponent who had not either just had a fight, or had a fight planned, was Chisora, who accepted. So the fight could have been made months ago if Usyk had not ducked Fury. If you can't fight, then don't go calling out other fighters retired or not, it'd that simple. This shitty split 70/30 (and I agree it's a low ball offer, Usyk deserved 40% imo), was all about respect. Usyk disrespected Fury by calling him out, and then saying he couldn't fight. So, Fury made a shit offer, because it was his way of saying 'you fucked me about once, and now it's my turn'. Fury basically wanted to show Usyk that Fury is the man, the main draw, the one who calls the shots, the one who is in control, not the other way round.

1. He is a giant who is taller and heavier than most heavy weights (he does not look in shape but despite that got good cardio and loads of muscle under that dad body). 2.He has great head movement combined with good instincts. 3. He has pretty good footwork and knows how to move and not get hit. 4.He also has extremely long arms giving him a reach advantage over basically ever opponent. 5.He always has a game plan and sticks to it. 6. He is a heavy hitter and uses his long arms and footwork to create good angles . 7.Can take a hit or knock down, and recover every time quickly. Just what I observed from watching most of his fights and trying to understand what makes him so much better than everyone else. I think the Wilder fights show his skillset pretty well so watching them could help answer your question.

Tyson Fury is a champ only because there is no good talent in heavyweight division. This guy would have been knocked out early by a bunch of Quality Boxers 20 years ago! He really is the most overrated professional of any sport..J.M.O. But I grew up watching Ali, Frazier, Norton, Tyson and many others that would have sent Fury into retirement long ago.

There's nobody in the Heavyweight division that can beat Wilder except Fury. It's not because Fury is a better fighter. It's because Fury had Wilders number. Real boxing connoisseurs understand "Styles makes fights". Fury has YET to prove he is a great. The only ELITE boxers he fought were Klit(who was old and should've retired) and Wilder. Could Fury beat the same fighters Wilder beat? THAT.... is the question we will only find out if Fury starts fighting world wide gate keepers. NOT continually only fighting Europeans. Fury knows this and he is going to milk that WBC belt as long as possible fighting bums. He won't face Joshua, Ruiz, Ortiz, or even Joyce. He will just call people out and demand insane money that nobody intelligent would agree to. He ABSOLUTELY wont fight someone who has a similar 12 round (point you out) style like Usyk. Nice one compiling many of his early fights. Fury over his career has shown he has everything. Size, speed, reach, movement, combinations, switch stance, heart, inside/outside fighting and power (not one punch KO power). Prime Fury could beat anyone past or present due to his adaptability. He's been frustrating since the 3rd Wilder fight but he's clearly not right mentally atm. Fighting USYK or even Joshua when he's not all in would be insanely risky.
