Hi ask ko lang po if paano po ung sa online registration nila sa part na ung tatanungin kung nagkaroon ka na ng VISA, ung father ko po kasi naka punta na ng US last 1977 kaso hnd na po nya maalala ung details and wala na po, paano ko po mafifill up ung part na un kung hindi na nya alam po yung info nung old visa nya. Kasi sponsor daw po un dati ng company nya.

Yes sis kung sister mo ang mag shoulder ng expenses mo during your stay she needs to send a support letter explaining that. Pwede nya ipadala sayo tapos dalhin mo sa interview kung ask nila make sure all your papers are ready in case they ask. Remember “Valid Reason to visit and strong reason and prove to show you will come back to the PH”

Hi mam question po. What if funded po ng employer yung trip ko? That means po ang reason for visit ko is to see my employers and also to tour around California. Its like an incentive to me. Ano po ba magandang sagot dun sa question na reason why you visit us.

Plan ko po kumuha ng b2 visa (going to US new york) Purpose is to take the physical therapy boards exam there ..mag ststay ako sa Uncle ko (he owns a clinic for physical therapy there) May chance po ba na ma approve? For me it sounds like you are planning to work as a PT sa clinic ng uncle mo once you pass the exam and there’s a possibility ma sense din ng interviewer yan. You don’t want to risk that.Always be honest po and apply the right visa based on your purpose of visit.If in doubt or not sure,consult a lawyer for accurate advise. Once May record na deny ka Andoon na sa record yon. Make sure you do the right process and goodluck po.

I love the idea of your purpose to visit for tourism. It’s also good that you have your properties there.if you have a full time job mas maganda. Other than your bf May ibang family or friend ka ba dito na ma visit? Kasi medyo red flag kung bf kasi Baka isipin mag stay ka for good. Pero kung Wala ka talaga family or friend dito other than your bf try mo nalang din baka ma approve since you are honest
If you plan to stay for good with your bf better apply for the right visa you can choose k1 visa it’s faster. Sa nababasa ko kasi parang ma deny ka since you mentioned your bf will introduce you to meet his family. That is my opinion but at the end it’s your decision to make if you will try and take a risk.
