Why isn't the supervisor facing similar charges?
@nelo1285
@nelo1285 4 месяца назад
The most alarming part of all of this is that his supervising officer was there and did not arrest him for the crime he saw him commit Wake up folks

They almost never intervene or report these type of interactions again fellow cops, the thin blue line is real.

Or it took a year for them to clearly see what happened

This goes to show there is more than “a couple bad apples “. Any good cop is pushed out by bad ones. And how many cops arrested a fellow cop for breaking the law??

Exactly. They only serve themselves.

Why is nothing said about his supervisor, did he try to keep this a secret?

You see what happened there, Instead of keeping it on topic he had to spin it,

Ok cause I thought I was the only one that saw that what do all this have to do with coward that have done this before cause All of what he just said about somebody getting 20 years 28 years life. Or whatever the hell, he said, when it comes to an officer that has done stuff like this, they don't get near that much time, so I'm confused on why he would even say that because I was always told when you swore in as an officer and you start acting like a criminal and you get. Convicted for that. Your punishment is supposed to be more than what a regular criminal get because you were sworn to protect and serve and that's not what you did. But. These days it's just a clown show.I don't care if you give him 10 years.He's still gotta slap on the wrist , that's bullcrap

After 30 years in prison, surely some town will hire him as a police officer haha

Why give unsolicited statements about other crimes that have nothing to do with this case?

I'm fairly certain those cops weren't handcuffed when they got assaulted. Just once it'd be cool to see these people take responsibility and actually apologize instead of always trying to save face.

Then this man has the nerve to bring up allegations of all the people that have threatened law-enforcement, as if that is justification for this cop doing what he did…. no wonder people are fighting back against cops

Where is the excessive force charge, where is the assault charges! Laws against LEO’s should be more aggressive and hold more weight! Why was the supervisor not charged, for not arresting the lowest form of a human, oh that’s right he’s a cop

Why isn't the supervisor being fired and charged with failure to intervene absolutely disgusting

The sheriff is also a clown. This person that the sheriff hired was also fired from another police department. He worked for the Fort Meyers police department previously. He was put on paid administration leave after an officer involved shooting and was eventually fired some time later after an internal investigation claimed he violated four policies during a 2020 traffic stop that lead to the death of a toddler.

It feels like so many of these incidents occur after an officer has already been fired from another department

Bro that lady was a drug addict who who got her child killed. The traffic accident occurred a month after the traffic stop. How was it even related?
@Jack_Waffles
@Jack_Waffles 2 месяца назад
@@somememes3860 Maybe you should ask the Fort Meyers police department since that is what they claimed got him fired.
@somememes3860
@somememes3860 2 месяца назад
@@Jack_Waffles The Fort Myers likely did that to save face. Tyler did abuse his position of power but I think realistically are you not responsible for your own kid? The news reporters blaming the sheriff's department were just looking for any way to criticize the department. The focus should have been on an irresponsible mother. She has the freedom to raise her child the way she saw fit, and the fit was death. I look forward to continuing to argue online

The hiring department needs to be held accountable in some kinda of way as well. They essentially put this deputy out in public. There needs to be some kind of accountability so that this doesnt happen again

I'm getting real tired of this shit. If a citizen did something like that, this guy would be up in arms about how they "got their guy." Since its a cop he decided to choose the "well this happens to us too." Im pretty sure the cops who got assaulted werent handcuffed at the time. Keep causing a bigger fracture between cops and citizens. It seems to be really working in yalls favor

Why isn't he charged with 1st Degree Aggravated Assault? You don't charge the cop with what he did... assault, but then whine about threats received. Do better or find another job.
