Yeah we do the same to them we fly near russia and they fly near alaska. I live in alaska this stuff happens all the time it's no big deal. Granted china and russia together shows something but it's still not a threat technically

The PLA was extremely unprofessional and did aggressive and unsafe maneuvers that can and has caused danger to the planes being intercepted. The USAF did none of these. They maintain non aggressive and safe formation flying because they're actually professional

B-36, B-47, B-52, TU-95 and TU-16 (H-6K) were designed before the air refueling program, thus they were built with extra long and wide wings to glide and save fuel. B-52 regularly fly at sea level from Guam to Vietnam or Diego Garcia without being detected by ground radars. The Russian and Chinese bombers probably flew sea level from 2000 km away until 25 km to Alaska then rose to 10,000 m show up on US radars. It was a surprise detection near Alaska coast, no wonder NORAD scrambled fighter jets in a big hurry. 🤔🤨🙄😎
Before they even approach the airspace, NORAD scrambled the interceptor, asking and warning them to leave. If breach of airspace is imminent, final warning issued, radar and thermal lock from interceptor are issued. No respond? Boom, sky's clear. That's assuming there weren't any fighter escort. If there are, and the escort's intention are hostile towards interceptor (F-18), then the escort are going to be shot down by F-35 from the horizon. Then the F-18, with their loadout full, are free to shot down any remaining non-fighters

USA lost over 2500 fixed-wing aircrafts in Vietnam to rice farmers. Just imagine how much they will loose against China or Russia... USA will have to rely on Canadian air froce then.
