U.S. Military get ready to start a convoy during drivers training with MRAP vehicles 

Looks more like they were getting ready to go out on a mission. They don’t use “fully loaded” trucks like having the BFT, DUKE, Boomerang, and full comm gear setup trucks for driver’s training! This sure brought back memories, I used to know these MAXXPRO DASH DXM like the back of my hands. They first came into theater in Afghanistan around 2012. Thanks for the upload.
