You are willing to pay for loads of expensive gas and work the most odd hours… I wouldn’t be complaining if they didn’t have algorithms in the app that drag you far away from your resident when they know you usually take a break or are done for the day.. too many times I’ve done the 3 trip streak bonus and one of the three is a long trip or the last trips take you away from your home…

I'm going back to construction after the first of the year. Tried to do this to get away from construction toll on my body. But I can't handle the stress from waiting/hoping that I will make enough on the weekend to compensate for the mid week slowdown. F**k this greedy bitch. Dara sucks. Uber sucks. Hope they fall hard.

@@CJ-dy8lb I did about 2000 trips for DD in 2019/2020. Since May, I haven't getting anything but total trashy orders from DD every time I signed in the app. DD algo and pay scale is worst in the industry. it's constant updating and retraining new drivers with reduced pay and long mile trips. These apps are squeezing drivers for every penny they could.

I don’t know about Robotaxi but they have potential to build ride share app, mass production of Tesla cars just for the drivers, either lease the cars to drivers or for weekly instalment payment example they can deduct certain amount from drivers weekly earnings. They also have to charge at least 15 percent commission for the trips, and once that happens Uber will fall hard on the face like never seen before, all the Uber drivers will line up in thousands but the question is will Elon Musk will ever do it? I think he is capable of making anything possible!

Uber takes 50% and uses that money to dangle it as a carrot in the form of "promotions" and "consecutive trip bonuses". Such BS. So unless you drive full time on the weekend, you're getting screwed.

I did a $11 trip yesterday, but my cut was only 3.50 lol. Pure bullshit company Uber is. Imma show Uber by not driving at all.
