UCLA Overdenture Bar 

Mandibular Arch with 4 implants in place. Impression Transfers are placed on all four implants.
An impression is taken. Implant analogs are placed into the impression. Apply gingival material to the impression. Pour stone in the impression and create the stone model. Place UCLA abutments onto the implant analogs.
Trim the UCLA abutments. Begin fabrication of the UCLA bar by placing Primo pattern or wax directly to the castable plastic portion of the UCLA abutment. Wax the locators into the bar resin. Remove the resin bar from the stone model and cast. Bar is placed in mouth.
Wax and denture teeth are used to create set-up on cast.
Process the denture and retentive housings as usual.
Place the denture in the mouth.
