I don't get the comments about Coach Cronin being "salty," He sounded pretty gracious and articulate. I mean, UCLA is up 3 with under 2 minutes to play, Bacot makes a crazy fling and it lands right in Love's hands who made a great shot. He was terrific tonight. But, like he said, the game swung on that hustling, crazy, fortunate fling from Bacot. What's Cronin supposed to do, come out in a UNC jersey and a party hat?
@@tusandhu I live in California and before southern cal fans say I’m one of them I’m not in fairness I think NEITHER SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA OR UCLA SHOULDA BEEN IN THE TOURNEY
@@faiththomas1749 your out of your mind Ucla had a record of 25-7 almost won the Pac12 tournament and USC 26-7 going into postseason play both teams deserved to be in the tournament if not seeded higher. What are you smoking?
UCLA basketball needs a season close to perfect to win another title. John Wooden stayed at UCLA a long time before winning his first national title. In geology, time and pressure determine igneous and metamorphic rocks, give Mick Cronin time.
Anyone else think it’s cringey they interview the losing team like this? Just let these kids be together and not in front of a mic after a brutal loss.
facts. but it’s shows how mentally tough these guys are and that they are built for this life. im a unc fan but ucla gotta chip coming in their future.
This loss is on Cronin. Needed more Myles Johnson late for defense and rebounds, more setups for Jules Bernard, Jalen Clark on Love for defense just to name the more obvious adjustments.
Definitely on Cronin. Allowing his guys to shoot bricks from the outside was the difference. They could have handled UNC in the post. Oh well. Let's go St. Peters 🏆 🏆 🏆
I know being a sports reporter is not easy I get it but won't you at least let these kids who just lost the game get another day to get that composure this is not the type of way you treat these kids get them another day to get their head right and then they can talk to you but minutes after a game after they just got the heart ripped out don't you think that's a little bit heartless
UCLA didn't play well enough to win and didn't. They gave up too many offensive rebounds and watch guys shoot open threes. If a team doesn't play consistently good defense in the Tournament and gives up too many offensive rebounds, that team will most likely lose.
