UConn vs. Alabama PREDICTION | 2024 NCAA Tournament Predictions 

You basically play a bunch of nobodies OOC except for 2-4 teams, and the Big East is soft compared to the other 4 conferences, they have been getting spanked bad for years in the NCAA Tourney. UCONN played a 13, soft 5 (St. Mary's lol) an 8 in Ark. (Kansas would have bear you) an always soft overrated Gonzaga in a 3 seed. Then two 5 Seeds in Miami and SDST. You team is better this year, IMHO, you still have yet to play a great team in two years in the tourney, its the luck of the draw. I still picked you to win because UCONN is better this year than last, and I looked at the soft side, including UNC who should have never of been a 1 seed, Tenn. should have been. Tenn. git shafted. If UCONN and NC State get to the final I win my bracket. Ho hum, it will probably be Purdue. Bama was within 3 points last year of UCONN with 6:58 left and then went on a drought. So, don't count your chickens before they hatch. Good Luck.

If you can have that stretch and score 87 or 89 you have a good shot. UCONN has yet to play a 1 or 2 seed last year or this year, their luck of the draw is out of this world, then put in two OVERANKED Mountain West teams last year of St. Mary's and Gonzaga as their 5 and 3 seeds and its no wonder. Arkansas beat Kansas last year so UCONN git an 8 seed instead, Kansas would have bear them, best them early this year. UCOON is NOWHEWRE near one of the best teams all time, lol.

@@MrRondonmon we were down 13 against Clemson, we have a 4 minute scoreless stretch against UCONN and we’ll be down 25-30, as a Bama fan this has been a great run, but don’t disrespect what we’re up against here

They are a better defensive team, that is their main thing in tournies, so unless the extend their defense they will not totally take away our threes. The keys is us hitting threes or not. That is as LUCKY as you can get, never facing a 1 or a 2 seed is almost unheard of. Not only that they got soft 3 and 5 seeds in St. Mary's and Gonzaga who were down last year. Then Miami and San Diego St. lol. If they had played top teams last year they lose easily. Still, this year, Illinois is the only descent team they have played. Do not overvalue a team on points won by, some teams get down and give up.

@SwagM-xn7gj Just because it was somewhat close doesn't mean that we struggled. Uconn actually didn't struggle at all the game. Alabama played Uconn the best this year but still got beat easy. For your information Miami played Uconn the closest last year with a 12 point loss

Illinois did not try to run. They tried to slow it down and go straight at UCONN. And when UCONN started making that run in the second half Illinois kept trying to go straight at em. It was a horrible game plan and not at all how Alabama plays.

@SwagM-xn7gj Only way Bama wins is if they hit like 20-25 3's. I fully expect Castle to have Sears in a body bag and I honestly don't believe the rest of Bama's squad will be up to the task to make up the difference.

@@LogicallyKnotthat was our 4th game in 10 days so we had tired legs, Creighton shot 70% from 3 virtually all game, but they also DEFENDED at a top 20 level… which Alabama is incapable of doing if you really think you can shoot 70% on 30+ attempts, while running the clock down, defending and rebounding to limit us to our lowest possession total on the season - you’re either delusional or apparently Bama has had their foot off the gas all season long up to this point because from what I see, that’s not happening 😂
