Well just rewatched the fight for the first time with no commentary and holy shit it's a completely different fight. Idk what the fuck I was watching the first time and how I scored it the way I did. Rewatching it with a fresh score card, no commentary and a clear mind. This is how the fight was scored. Round 1: Reyes 10-9 Round 2: Jones 10-9 Round 3: Reyes 10-9 Round 4: Jones 10-9 (possible draw) Round 5: Jones 10-9 Call me crazy but watch it again with no commentary... round 2 concubine wasnt accurate. It counted Reyes flurry around the 4:00 mark which only 1 strike landed in that entire flurry if you watch closely and dont listen to commentary lol. Round 3 was forsure Reyes but it was close. Round 4 was even closer and could have been a draw but Jon edged it with his pressure since the strikes were so close in my opinion. This is coming from a guy who thought forsure Reyes won the first time I watched it live.. even know I was going for Jon. I had it round 1-3 Reyes and 4-5 Jon. With Reyes winning a pretty clear 3-2 Unanimous decision. Now after rewatching its Jones 3-2 or a draw if round 4 was a draw but Jones edged it. Really the biggest thing I got from the fight rewatching it was that Jon definitely won round 2 when initially I was certain Reyes won round 2.. but if watch that round a few times now with no commentary and now in certain Jones won round 2, 4, and 5. And round 4 is much more questionable and closer than round 2. Especially since Jones was rocked in round 4 and got a questionable takedown.

Personally I'd say "the difference" was the end result lol. I had Jones 3-2, extremely close in the 3rd. Jones's corner has done this many times before, they understand the unpredictability of the judges.

@William Robert it was close, but I had Jones 3-2. Jones controlled most of the fight and kept the pace. Reyes did well in out striking Jones but did no significant damage, as did Jones. However, Jones did a little more damage with less striking and landed takedowns. Imo, Reyes fought his best against a sub-par Jones, and Jones still edged him.

Reyes was totally spent & drained in the championship rounds 4 & 5 while Jones thanks to his superior gas tank & experience fighting countless 5 round fights took it from there. Reyes was hugely impressive in those first 2 rounds but he ultimately just couldn't keep up with Jones cardio-wise and that was Reyes' downfall!!!

Reyes won the first 2 rounds easy but began to fade in the 3rd and by the last 2 rounds he was completely drained!!! Jones' greater experience & cardio proved to be the real difference makers that night. Reyes was hugely impressive & will be back but it just wasn't his night. Jones won fair & square period!!!!!!!
