He's absolutely in the goat conversation. His only loss in the UFC comes to one of the greatest fighters and 2nd greatest middleweight in UFC history.
Though i def agree with you regarding the "dude, Lebron would be an instantly dominant fighter if he came over to mma" ridiculousness, however your completely wrong in your assertion that mma fighters and/or wrestlers are more athletic than bball players. As someone who's done/did both for years, i can tell ya that the average bball player on the whole is more athletic than mma fighters or wrestlers. Combat sports athletes def are on average a bit better with regards to brute strength, (though, bball players lower-body strength is very close), the fact is - bball players are faster, quicker, more agile, can jump higher, have every bit the stamina, (though it's a different kind of stamina that which is why bball players wouldn't necessarily have the sort of stamina for fighting while inversely - fighters wouldn't necessarily have the sort of stamina for basketball), but above all - they also have better hand-eye coordination. To be fair though, this comparison is sort of apples and oranges. Because - similar to what i said about stamina, it's actually pretty difficult to compare the two sports' versions of athleticism - in that basketball requires a different sort of athleticism than mma fighting does. That said when it comes to measuring raw physical abilities, basketball players are better on more physical attributes than mma fighters are. So yeah, I'm sorry man - but it's simply absurd to claim that mma fighters are better pure athletes than basketball players.

George Saint-Pierre and Demetrious Johnson are far more deserving of G.O.A.T status than Khabib. Demetrious has way more fights and is still fighting today, and GSP has, imo, a far more impressive record and everyone who beat him he came back and beat twice or even three times. Both are also way more well rounded than Khabib was, and have way more title defenses over all. I like Khabib, his speech before his fight with Conner is legendary, but saying he is the Undisputed G.O.A.T is insane.

Idk why people say that Khabib fought bad fighters. McGregor, Gaethje, Poirier, RDA (killed his winning streak and continued winning after losing to Khabib), Barboza, Johnson (he was way better then). Easily dominated all of them. Two scratches on his face. Maybe he could have done more in terms of title defenses, but I remember when he was just going through the division he constantly called out the UFC and McGregor for fking him up. Also it's not his fault that the majority of his opponents couldn't outwrestle him.
