pereira fought jan blachowicz a black belt in jiu-jitsu, adesanya fought whittaker twice who can wrestle allday, adesanya also fought vettori who can wrestle (in their first fight vettori got a split L and he took adesanya down and actually secured the takedown.. adesanya also fought one of the best wrestlers at 185 his name is derek brunson… sean o’malley took the title from the backpack artist aljo.. sean fought against muay thai fighter petr yan who also has excellent wrestling.. all of the fighters you mentioned have been tested by grapplers/wrestlers
@@UFCGamblingAddicts yes, but only on title/challenger level. UFC dont let them fight wrestlers on the come up, because they are their golden boys. UFC will give you wrestlers from the start if you cant wrestle only if you are not their "potential moneymaker"
@@COLOSSEUM_MMA sure if you’re the moneymaker then you’re gonna get some favourable matchups but you’ll still get tested even if it’s later on, for example steve erceg fought david dvorak, a.costa and matt schnell before actually being tested properly, he’s not the moneymaker but he was still fast tracked. i get your point tho but at the same time adesanya got wrestled in his 2nd ufc fight bro in his 3rd fight he was given a 5rounder then given another wrestler on his 4th fight, dude didn’t get no easy path imo
in terms of having a well rounded skillset yeah he’s pretty bad, but then again he’s young he’s learning on the job and if he can get the wrestling going that may be enough! definitely a fun fight
honestly i think what happened to costa that night is on the same level as what turner done to bobby green, he literally choked him out after hitting him with nasty ground and pound and after he choked him out he let go of the choke and woke him up with viscous elbows, really horrible damage costa took against garcia man, shaylan may have to get it done r1 tho coz his cardio has always been pretty bad

i think for the most part the gameplan of perez will be to kickbox, he’s coming off a beautiful KO stoppage just a few weeks ago so he probably looks for the same thing. taira may get tired after 10 mins and that’s where perez could start to outgrapple taira, but i think taira would be the one failing on takedown attempts at that point and perez just kinda sprawls into front chokes where he could transition to the back or even reverse the position into half guard or full guard. so to answer your question bro i don’t think his gameplan is to ragdoll taira but later in the fight if taira is tired i wouldn’t be shocked to see perez in dominant grappling positions, should be a fire main event🔥 there’s also a chance that if taira causes enough early damage, perez may find it difficult to work his way back into the fight, resulting in perez losing 3 out of the 5 rounds. & it’s not just damage that taira can win rounds with early on, he may find himself in dominant grappling positions against perez similar to pantoja who got the backpack within 15 seconds of r1. check the early takedown attempt from perez in that fight against pantoja right before pantoja gets his back, it was an awful takedown attempt so i think if perez outgrappled taira it’s due to the fatigue later on.
D’Silva! #moneycity past level of competition is wayyyyy higher than johns. Johns can barely get by the lowest level of fighters at bantamweight. while D’Silva has faced Yan, Chito, Font, Stamman, nurmagomedov, barao, Murphy. Yes he lost to most of those guys, but I’m taking that experience all day. Only thing to worry about is his age

the fight card properly overachieves tbh bro, most ufc cards that aren’t great on paper seem to always deliver solid fights still but the problem here is finding confident bets worth the price
@UFCGamblingAddicts thanks. I looked into Hiestand and Armfield. I believe it goes to decision. Hiestand last Decision win was 82 months ago and he could become 8-2 career with a win. It's tricky since they're both 2-1 in UFC.
