It seriously is a really good stand! I have been trying it here and there.. I cant wait to get some more time in with it and see how it holds up. I think UFO actually has a few accessories for this stand also

The 93 style for sure, a Mcgrath replica would look good. UFO is quality stuff, used it on my 92 CR125 and the colours always matched the stock stuff, keep up the great videos.

Id say keep it to the 93 plastics. Also that UFO stand has me wanting to buy one. It's nice that it will fold up and be able to have room in the truck cab. Nice work!

Keep it to the 93 style plastic. The best looking CR in my opinion. Throttle jockey makes excellent repo graphics and seat covers. The 94 emblems would look great. UFO has sales every few months, it's worth the wait. I just got a couple of the air filter holders too! Keep up the good work.

UFO has really good pricing directly from the UFO site and they do seem to have a sale.. Also up here in Canada, If I order from UFO in Italy... it is here in less then a week! if I order from most Canadian company's it takes a few weeks.... Thanks for the comment and for watching

Got the UFO plastics for my 88 CR500 when they were 45% off. Had the maiers plastics on before and they are darker red. The UFO match better and come pre drilled on most stuff. One thing I wish they did was have the plastic wrap the frame near the air box to hold them tight to the bike a little better. My dad bought a kit for an 87 kx125 he’s building and they look good too. Nice plastics at a great price for sure.

I have seen this before as well, I used a KX kit on a build and it was really good.. I have heard that the older CR's in the late 80's are a bit different.. its hard to match to the tank if its red.. fading and all kinds of things.. I have never tried the maiers plastics but i would like to see how they compare. Thanks a lot for the comment and for watching.

UFO plastics are really good. I have never had any problems with any of the ones I have. OEM are great if you can find them…. For older bikes they get really rare obviously. UFO kits are really affordable. Thanks a lot for the comment and for watching.

Question ? Do the side panels/ number plates, is the triangular air intake cutout, plugged or open ?
@Dirtbikerepair
@Dirtbikerepair 5 месяцев назад
I'm not 100% sure what you mean. The UFO side panels have small slits that are open on the number plates that i guess are for "style" and for an air intake into the breather box. they are not plugged. i guess the "Triangle" is kind of throwing me off.. I hope that helps if not we will figure out what you want to know.. i will show them better in the plastic install video so you can hopefully see what you are looking for. Thanks for watching and for the comment

Are the ufo plastics pre drilled when i was a kid i had to drill the holes 😮
@Dirtbikerepair
@Dirtbikerepair 5 месяцев назад
The kit I used for my 2001 CR250 was drilled, the kit for my CR500, in the 2006 frame was drilled, but I did use them on my 2000 KX250 and had to drill my own holes.. but the holes were marked and indented so it was really easy to do and fit perfect after drilling. So the answer is kinda yes and no.. Thanks a lot for the comment and for watching

Dressing up an '95 RM125 and UFO was the only place we could find the plastics at a decent price. In fact my son got the whole kit for like 100 bucks on sale! Mind blowing. Just hoping they are'nt thin and dinky! We do alot of hill climbs and she hits the dirt here n there lol
