No. I wouldn't call her ugly because it's just mean but being overweight is not beautiful. She looks beautiful now because she's dropped the excess weight she was carrying and she should be extremely proud of herself for what she's achieved.
This is truly the most motivational workout timelapse I've seen because it shows the true beginning. The failed pose holds, shaking legs, full flops to the ground from feeling like your body's giving out. This is what people trying to start need to see so they know everybody goes through that in the beginning. I don't need to see someone breaking a mild sweat and saying it hurts. It means more to me to see someone truly struggle and fail a bit when they start and get a little better every time. Because THAT's the real experience. Great job and congrats to this woman on her success, she worked hard for it..

Нужно начинать с малого,а потом вы настолько привыкнете это будет как ваша пища без которой вы уже не сможете,когда вы будете видеть преображение в зеркало это будет сильная мотивация💪я планку начинала когда делала думала неее никогда не смогу,но по немногу пртбавляла каждый день по сенкундам и до двух минут дошла и мне этого достаточно,и только от планки был удивительный результат,тело красивое подтянутое,ну и ходьба каждый день пешком как удаётся..ну и конечно правильное питание,не ем печёного сладкое и булочки всякие,чёрные хлеб,овощи фрукты и белковое в основном,ну красота требует жертв,но зато и здоровье какое выносливость👍

She’s beautiful before and after. But legit, this video inspired me more than any video because she seemed to be struggling at the beginning like we all seem to do. You can see she was determined and even smiling at the end. I now even have a mat, go up the stairs at my job (11 floors) and stay motivated. I guess those other video don’t show the actual before or the journey like this one so thank you whoever posted. 🤍 The title doesn’t really offend me because sometimes we can feel that way but she is obviously not ugly.

Как ей тяжело, я всю жизнь борюсь со своим животом, фигура была у меня хорошая, но вот пузо лезет всю жизнь и портит мою фигуру. Сейчас у меня грыжа позвоночная и тромбофлебит из-за грыжи очень храмаю по лестнице тяжело подниматься. Как бы я хотела вот так позаниматься, но в силу своего здоровья не могу.

It’s incredible that she took the journey to be a healthy person, but just because she wasn’t perfectly skinny in the beginning doesn’t mean she was ugly. She was gorgeous! She is after too, but skinny doesn’t mean beautiful. Ugly doesn’t mean unfit.

Everyone is beautiful 💯. I'm from India and this week my jaw dropped when I saw a 39 yo Indian man (on yt shorts) chubby, round, plump at first and totally transformed later-ripped and very handsome. I could not recognize him as the fat, round faced man except for his eyes. Truth is, we are all beautiful but good exercise and diet brings out the best in us. 😊🙏
