Uhtred's a Slave!? The Last Kingdom Season 2 Ep 2 & 1 Reaction 

This show doesn't get even HALF the recognition it deserves. So happy to see you guys reacting to it! I'm really hopeful that as time passes we will get more reactions for this! What an amazing show.

At this point, you should have realized that Alfred does only what he sees as serving his dream of a united England, no matter the cost! He might have feelings like friendship, loyalty and love, but in the end, he puts Wessex and England first and sacrifices everything for that goal! And that is not even selfish to gain more personal power but he sees it as his duty and gods will to reach that goal of one realm in Britain under one king under one god

Next episode… introduction to one of the best characters and best bromance in The Last kingdom 🥳 if not all of TV😅

Some great characters get introduced in this season. The Bromances in this series make it what it is imo, and I absolutely love Hild. Next episode is so powerful 😭

Uhtred is SAXON,BY BIRTH, he was taken as a slave in 1x1 as a child, then later adopted by Ragnar the Fearless for saving Thyra who is Ragnar's daughter who are Danes. Thyra & Ragnar are Uhtred's adoptive siblings, Ravn was his adoptive Grandfather. Brida was never adopted, she just stayed a slave there so she isn't related to any of them, she is Saxon also, but chose to live a Dane life.

As others have said, this show is criminally underrated and I am so thrilled to see reactions to this WONDERFUL show! We are rearing up for some of the best run of episodes/stories now. This series is easily one of my favorites of all time!
