As an English man born in the seventies, I can honestly say the change in England is truly shocking when it comes to the influx of the numbers of foreigner's brought into this country. I'll never trust a convicted fraud and criminal. Anyways unfairly treated? I mean stephen lied in this interview by saying he was put in a cell across the prison mosque, when there isn't a prison mosque in that prison, just muslims attending their prayer in a multi faith room that consists of Christian prayers, Islamic prayers on specific days (Sundays for Christian's, Fridays for Muslims). Why? Wasn’t explained here at all. He was arrested for contempt of court. You cannot film while a trial is taking place. Doesn’t matter what the court case is about, it’s a law. He’s making out he was targeted. But it’s the same for anyone. You can’t record witnesses or suspects entering court for a trial.

I fully agree with you but when a story comes out about him a lot of his well wishers seems to go against the guy. I’m 71 and in poor health if I was of Tommy’s age and health i would back him 100% not for a day or two but always be there for the guy. I’ve got grandkids and great grandchildren and if anything happened to any of them by the scum Tommy has to put up with it would be sorted. Like you say he could wash his hands of everything and walk away. Even then he would be a target for the authorities.

I watched a couple of interviews with Andrew Neill on a TV programme and the way Tommy was treated was appalling. He defended himself incredibly well and I have a lot of respect for him for talking about a 'sensitive' issue like Islam and clearly he has been wrongfully imprisoned and I hope he sues their arses off!

Heartbreaking to see Tommy broken by months in solitary confinement and not for the first time. Not even the longest stint he’s done in solitary. Tommy speaks on behalf of the silent majority - he’s made mistakes along the way but we take those with a pinch of salt because we believe his impact is far more important than his errors. But he wont sue anybody, because thats not what happened. He was previously told that he wasn't allowed to appear outside that court, because of who he is, it stirs up racial tensions and breaches the peace. He was also told that if he did appear there he would be arrested and could face prison time. So what did Tommy do, He decided to appear at the court like an idiot. To top it all off like he said he has previously been in prison. In the United kingdom if you break the law after previously having been in prison you are subject to being remanded straight away and put in prison. For someone that knows the law so well, he always seems to leave out little bits of information like that. He knew very well he could face prison if he turned up at the court, but he still did anyway. No one stopped his free speech or stopped him from reporting on the story. He was just supposed to stay away from the court. No reporters were allowed outside they court and all journalists except tommy decided to respect that.
