Just over 1 year ago today, on the 24th November, 2019, the UK Chilli Queen Shahina Waseem took on an unbelievable Carolina Reaper pepper challenge the likes of which has very rarely been seen before! Previously, she had managed to eat an incredible 51 of these peppers, officially the hottest in the world according to Guinness! Always one to embrace a chilli challenge, Shahina stepped up to double her previous best and somehow manage to consume a whopping 105 in one sitting!
