@Shagga It's easy to find fault when your watching a vid after the fact, knowing something is going to happen. However, there does seem to be a far higher number of bellends incriminating themselves this week.

Not really many cam cars were at fault. I counted three: 1st clip: cammer not paying attention 2nd clip: cammer not paying attention. 3rd clip: not cammers fault 4th clip: as above 5th clip: as above 6th clip: as above 7th clip: as above 8th clip: as above 9th clip: not cammers fault. white car tried moving over without checking mirrors. 10th clip: not cammers fault, blue car went when she shouldnt have. 11th clip: not cammers fault. other car shouldnt have been on the wrong side of the road. 12th clip: not cammers fault. wheel wasnt attached properly. 13th clip: not cammers fault. black car took the corner too quickly. 14th clip: hard to say whether the cammer was at fault without seeing the signage leading up to the roundabout. Must say tho that the roundabout doesnt look like a two lane one, so the cammer may have been in the wrong lane. 15th clip: cammer not at fault. van was clearly at fault and caused the accident. 16th clip: cammer wasnt at fault. only one lane was closed off, both the central and left lanes were open. the artic was incorrectly trying to traffic police. 17th clip: cammer not at fault. Tesla pulled out when it shouldnt have. 18th clip: cammer not at fault, tho perhaps should have slowed in preperation when they saw the black estate car starting to move. fault lies with the black car however not paying attention and going when they shouldnt have. 19th clip: cammer not at fault. 20th clip: cammer not at fault. white car was in the wrong lane. 21st clip: cammer not at fault, car shouldnt have overtaken if it didnt have space. 22nd clip: cammer not at fault. Red car should have given way to the right. 23rd clip: cammer not at fault 24th clip: cammer not at fault. silver vehicle shouldnt have gone. failed to give way to the right. 25th clip: cammer not at fault. Golf was in a straight on only lane and went right instead. 26th clip: cammer not at fault. car in front was clearly driven by a fucking moron. 27th clip: cammer not at fault. Van failed to yield to the right. 28th clip: cammer not at fault. oblivious pedestrian asking to be run over with behaviour like that. 29th clip: cammer not at fault. other car failed to sneak-and-peak and just ran out without checking there wasnt anything coming. 30th clip: cammer at fault. tried to ram the red car for some reason and didnt yield to a car that was clearly already in front. Specifically, the first, third and thirtieth.

I only spotted 2 videos where the cammer intentionally tried to cause an accident with a driver who was driving incorrectly. But I did not see any video where the cammer was at fault. Would you mind time stamping the clips you're talking about?

I think he also forgot that cars are fitted with this wonderful device, a central pedal between the clutch and throttle, locally known as the 'brake' which has the extremely useful function of slowing down and stopping the car xD

@@Bluemoon_19 It seems to me there is quite a bit that is not in the test any more, that certainly was when I passed mine - like use of the gearbox. All they teach now is; Brake; brake; brake; loop change. Which, effectively, says do not, under any circumstances, drive on snow or ice - you are not equipped to do it. Apparently drivers are taught that indicating 'right' in a roundabout is no longer necessary, because "it is confusing"., Bo11ocks. Too many drivers interpret that as "you don't need to indicate in roundabouts. As I say, bo11ocks. And I agree about the hazard perception of some of those prangs - should have seen it and done something about it long before contact. And general roundabout discipline and courtesy is no longer taught or bothered with. Half of the dashcammers just pile in to RA's , dive up the inside and get shitty about the tiniest things. It is significant that the number of RA associated clips from the inner London area are about as rare as rocking horse manure. London drivers are (and have to be) far quicker on the uptake than provincial drivers. Sorry guys, they just are.

Roger Whittle I was always told “fast on, slow off” when it came to roundabouts to give other drivers a chance to enter the junction, now it seems that people think that they don’t need to slow at anytime as they have “right of way”.

I doubt the video was submitted unless the other driver challenged "at fault" Both need to be forced to retake a driving test and fitted with black boxes before being allowed the privilege to drive again.

Agreed - Yes the corsa overtaking was driven by a cock - doesn't mean you should try and kill them and the innocent people in the oncoming car.....some people are assholes when they try to overtake like this, some just misjudge - regardless just let em in when they're in the process of soiling their pants with summit hurdling towards em.

There's a risk that dashcams can cause this sort of behaviour. Personally I forget that my cars have dashcams, they are set up on the window side of the rear view mirrors so I can barely see them, and are only there "just in case".

P M you see it on the clips of people coming off slip roads when there's no gap, the car in lane one swerves to avoid them and crashes into the car in lane two. Then the car in the wrong just drives on oblivious to what they've caused. They should be the ones getting hit but unfortunately it's just human instinct to avoid them.

@@muckychimney In the event that speeding up to prevent the driver completing their overtake caused a head-on collision and fatalities, the dash cam car would be very likely charged with causing death by dangerous (or careless, if they were lucky) driving. Not attempted murder, but still good for ~10 years imprisonment. Worth it?

After actually finding the rounabout this clip was on, the road marking for the golf (just before the clip started) shows the lane he was in if for the service station which turn off the roundabout in the 3rd lane.

I found it funny that the golf driver pointed that his lane was to the right 🤦🏻‍♂️

First 3 lanes were for going straight ahead, very right one (dashcammer lane) was the only one for staying on the roundabout. Yikes. Wanker golf :x

This was clearly an asshole move by the Vauxhall driver. Yes, it would've been smarter to let them in, but the cammer was way less at fault then the overtaker. EDIT: On second thought, cammer made the situation worse by accelerating.

There's two or three clips where the driver actually turned into the "offending" driver. I wish the uploader would choose not to highlight these clips. Honestly this shit can cause a ripple effect of drivers trying to capture accidents for cash. What a racket Gotta suck from that sweet RU-vid teat though.

Because we have stupid rule with dual lane roundabouts where its legal to crash into someone in the outer Lane to take the second lane of the 3rd exit (so even thought there is a car to your left you can crash into the side of them on a roundabout) I now wait for the comments to defend the dashcammer to state the other driver should have taken that exit (it's not a mandatory exit but I agree the other driver did not indicate)

@@leexgx To be honest sometimes such roundabouts is a problem for me. They are all different and you need to keep eye on road marking to understand which lane is yours. When there are cars in front of you it is difficult to see, especially at speed. I cannot be sure that I can use 1st or 2nd lane to go straight. I thought that 1st lane is safe in this case, just to skip 1st exit, but often you can use only 1st exit in first lane and there's no possibility to change lane (or somebody from second lane may decide to exit now). In second lane you often need to change it to the left before 2nd exit, which could be difficult, or try to exit into the 2nd lane and put yourself in danger that somebody on the left decided to go to the next exit. While I'm doing my best to make it safe, there is often a sort of gambling, which I think is not right.

I"m fairly confident based on the lane marking before the roundabout and the signs on the exit that the cammer pulls off on that they were in entirely the wrong lane, the lane markings say A13 and the sign says A13 is at a later exit

Both the cammer and corsa at fault there. No need at all to try and close the gap, which could ultimately have killed the corsa passengers as well as the innocent citroen on the other side of the road.

No, they have a line that gives them the option to go into the left lane. The golf crossed that line when it should have exited.

Whilst he was in the right 'hand' lane, this was actually the 'wrong' lane, according to the arrows on the road, for his intended exit from the roundabout. By positioning himself in that right hand lane the driver n the red car entering the roundabout from the left was entitled to believe that James M was continuing around the roundabout. As a separate issue, we can hear sound from within the car, but I can't detect an indicator 'tick tock'. Could be that the recording isn't good enough to pick it up.
