Flights between the Philippines and Taiwan have only been increasing over the last few years. This is a good trend. All Those independent nations with like-minded values of pro-freedom, pro human, and pro-democracy.. tend to thrive together 💪 🇹🇼 🇵🇭
Useful for me me. I used to live there after I finished my degree course and got a job as an automotive engineer. I still have lots of friends out there so these flight will be useful.
@@pushslice matey Taiwanese is same as China. They all got slanty eyes, yellow skin. Black hair, use chopsticks and pray to the same God. They call us SLOPES
Yeah but how are now boomer chinese tourists going to take a dump in public places? They can't do it in Shanghai. The PSB arrests them, European police doesn't.

China is a historical and culturally rich country with beautiful natural wonders that would be worth a visit. The only problem is they're not tourist friendly unless you stay in tours and the dubious cleanliness of meals. Their government also makes you feel wary that they might apprehend you just because they don't like your nationality.
@@georgesibley7152Yes it most definitely is, , China needs to grow up and wake up to the fact that the world has had enough of there beligerant behaviour. !!
I transferred in Beijing a few months ago. Transfer passengers were required to show a _paper_ boarding pass for their next leg; e-tickets weren't accepted. A Korean guy in front of me was taken away by two guards, in quite an agressive fashion, and his only crime that I could see was that he had his boarding pass on his phone instead of on paper. I hope he's ok.
People are weary of being randomly stabbed just because they are foreigners or of being randomly pulled and jailed by transiting through a Chinese airport.
i have been to China over 12 times and never knew this to happen. Meanwhile, I have seen pass by shootings in the Philippines. as well as gun shooting on beaches in Florida.
@@georgesibley7152 You’ve missed the recent news about a group of professors who got stabbed but survived and the Japanese students who were stabbed to death. Then there were some company executives from Taiwan who were jailed. I think they tried to suppress the news but it was found out.
@@heythave I read about a Japanese student being stabbed in Shenzhen, Then saw the news of a Japanese mother and child being stabbed in Suzhou. These were Isolated incidents which surprised me given what their grandparents did to the Chinese. Still many Chinese people in Shenzhen and Suzhou were appalled by this. The other incident was an attack on 4 college instructors in Jilin. This started from an altercation when the suspect bumped into them, a Chinese man who tried to stop this was also stabbed. All three suspects of the various stabbings have been arrested, Chinese internet users called the attack horrifying. These are isolated incidents and are dwarfed by the number of similar incidents of attacks on Asian and especially Chinese people in western Countries. To be blunt Foreigners in China are far safer there than Chinese in the west. As for being arrested for spying. Taiwan regularly arrests Chinese for spying, far more than The reverse. I suggest you read Taiwanese newspapers. Similarly in the USA Chinese people are arrested for spying with little evidence. Fears of being arrested have caused premier scientists to leave the USA ad return to China, The one Taiwan businessman who was accused of spying was caught after going to Hong Kong and encouraging protestors, handing out pamphlets and taking pictures of police officers in Shenzen stadium., Given the role of US NGO’s in fermenting these riots just as they have done all over the world it is not surprising that he was arrested. Curiously though Wikipedia has a page devoted to Chinese arrested in the USA for espionage they do not have a corresponding one for the reverse even though there are several, many of whom admitted their guilt after release. There is a lot of crap spoken about China by people who do not judge fairly or research The subject. Lee Meng Chi the taiwanese businessman was exiting Shenzen when after noticing his video recorder customs officials searched his luggage and found the pamphlets, He was then arrested and taken back for questioning
I got stuck in Honkong in Jan 2020 for some flight cancellacetions, although I have booked my connection flight from Hk to Toronto Chinas Airline took advantage of my situation they charge me another $1000 to get a flight after 12hrs of staying in the airport. Ill never take any chinese airline for the rest of my life
Yeah, hard to trust Chinese airlines considering there’s no incentive to be safe and you have no idea if the wings are real wings made of metal or made of tofu…
Never trust CCP! Never believe in whatever CCP says. The best and smartest way is to stay far away from CCP China. Never do businesses with CCP. Avoid it at all costs.
It is unfair competition, so Chinese airlines should be added a ticket fee for landing on European airports. They are having an advantage of a shorter route with lower fuel costs against European airlines.
@@lilacscentedfushias1852 BA still has the Shanghai to London Route. If you are a VA member, you can still get points through China Eastern. Advantage for me is shorter air time, and some go to LGW which is better for me as I usually stay in Sussex.
Yeah man..such a stupid idea right ..I like to hold on a pile of cash...n collect the coins too, I like spending time to count them n wait to receive em in paper n coins, love people to rob me of them since it is so effective n efficient, and they don't charge me for the transaction...how can they do that they should take some of my money...why can't they stick to paper n coins

@@tejave0ojnc, just because Xi says no doesn’t mean it will be so. Taiwan is a country and the SCS belongs to some ASEANs, not China. Now, China pays for its stubborn lies.
Taiwan is also my favorite country too. I visited there one time and very impressed with it. The country is very clean, modern, friendly, and has many unique landscapes.
@@jojolloren3642 - Your China Airlines is mean? China's Airlines or China Airlines? China Airlines is from Taiwan, not China. China's Airlines are Air China, China Eastern, China Southern, Hainan Airlines, Spring Airlines, and etc.
I hope the Chinese officials will refrain from speaking out against THE WEST LED BOYCOTT China in this way because, in the past three years, the pandemic lockdown, which they decided themselves, has caused travel disruptions worldwide.
@@Ricky40369 Support CCP to bring home the daughters and sons home where your hearts belong. Taiwan you are very part of China we are all “Tongyang” we are not “Gewlo”
the reason for less flights is because less travellers caused by china's extremely strict visa application. it's almost has hard as getting a us visa now. happened around covid
Western airline can not take Russia route so they have to take longer route and with more fuel consumption , that make western airline have to increase their price. While China used Russia route with lower ticket price because China have lower fuel price and used shorter route.
To me, it's unbelievable that EU allows any airline lo land in the EU after overflying Russia when EU airlines cannot. I think that EU should put an ultimatum to all airlines: Choose if you want to fly to/over Russia or if you want to fly to EU - you can't do both .
Stopping flights just for this reason will yield some catastrophic results. Europe still relies on China for a greater part of it's supply. If flights are stopped then in emergency EU will have to face crisis
Imagine every export containers from China *MUST* be accompanied by its company source's delegation. No more unaccountability. Less counterfeit goods. Someone to imprison if its scam / fraud. Easier to trace the buyers in the countries destinations. They can follow along the container ship or seperate yatch following along the container ship.
China re-opened from the pandemic in November 2022. That's when the second wave of Covid related mass deaths occurred in China. I recalled how overburdened the crematoria got.
This video is 25% accurate. The truth is the middle class mainland Chinese tourist market has all but disappeared. They’re gone. No more Chinese tourists.
yep. we used to get daily flights from philippine airlines and cebu pacific had three flights daily... now philippine airlines has completely abandoned our route and cebu pacific only flies four times a week now... its only a small county in china where i live but our filipino population is big so its still surprising how this happened.
Cheaper tickets tbh. But there are other hubs you can fly from that are better hubs a little expensive but its better. Hongkong is still a wide favorite of all the Chinese hubs since its one country we’ll treat it as one
The real reason for this is that Russian airspace is closed for European carriers and Chinese airlines, which can use the Russian airspace haven taken over the business. Finnair just added one more flight to Shanghai - Helsinki route.
Flights from Australia to China are fine. The only flights cancelled was Qantas to China direct, and the sole reason for that is low demand (When your flights are 3-5x more expensive than alternative airlines for nothing better than they offer, it's pretty self explanatory). More people fly from Australia to Singapore and Singapore to China as it's usually less than half the price of a direct flight. ($300 USD with Air Asia or China Eastern vs $1,500 USD with Qantas). That, is the sole reason why Qantas stopped direct flights. Nobody would pay for it, only people travelling on business would really book a flight like that. 95% of Australian tourists and Chinese tourists returning, transit through Singapore almost anywhere they are flying, because it's less than half the cost of a direct flight to nearly anywhere.
Airlines have a keen focus on profitability as they still need to recover from the lockdowns, so i suspect they are not keen on loss leaders anymore. Saying that 2024 global passenger numbers have for the first time exceeded the peak before the lockdowns, so they may be close to a full recovery.
The King’s Guards & Horses channel 11 days ago put out a video showing a Chinese tourist being extremely rude & disrespectful. Whoever you are and where ever you go if you the host’s hospitality in the face then you should stay home. There are places I wouldn’t go for many reasons, some for human rights violations, some because I don’t want to die from an allergic reaction to faked food or toxic things added to food, the way food is handled or stored. Some I just have no interest in going. Though it’s not an issue because I’m not meant to fly anyway 🤷🏼♀️ But, wherever I go I behave myself and act appropriately Some people are getting a bad name for their country, it’s not fair to the people who can behave properly!
I visited China last year and found that travel within the country was incredibly inconvenient if you don't have a Chinese ID card. Basically it's difficult to buy train and bus tickets since online systems don't recognise foreign passports and everything has to be done manually, you also encounter problems when rescheduling tickets and some online services don't even accept foreign IDs at all. You also need to scan your ID several times over upon entering or exiting a station (the constant, overbearing surveillance is soul destroying), and again, foreign passports aren't recognised so you have to find a guard to physically check your ID, usually while in a chaotic crowd, which takes ages and leads to missed connections. It's also really difficult to get a taxi these days since most drivers no longer accept cash and online payment systems require, you guessed it, a Chinese ID card! And don't get me started on the fact that the majority of hotels don't even allow foreign guests... Really not an enjoyable place to travel round in recent years, which is a shame as there's a lot of interesting sites to visit...
Why continue to repeat CCP's population numbers? Recent research indicates that the population there is far lower due to various factors, including (largely unreported) COVID deaths.
Yes indeed. I’ve heard some China experts postulate that their actual population is slightly less than 1 billion, and that’s even taking into account the recent low birth rate trend.
