Hii Sakshi, there are some properties where you don't need any guarantee but would need to pay 6 months rent in advance. Followed by consecutive 6 months. After one year you don't need any gurantee.

@@sairaarshad5512 try posting it on Facebook groups of London accomodations, there are many groups with active postings from landlords and agents. Also beware of fake agents, do not pay anything online before visiting the property personally.

Hi, Within that budget its not possible to get in Central London, However do try in Wembley, East London, Harrow and you can get in a sharing accommodation around your budget. Hope it helps.
