As per Kyiv Independent, the Czech initiative of shells for Ukraine has hit a snag with only 180,000 being "contracted"(?) of the reduced target of 300,000 from the 800,000 touted by Czech president Petr Pavel in February. The delivery of the 180,000 shells is expected "in the coming months" as per Kyiv Independent. Apparently there is a shortage of money as some of the promised contributions to the initiative have not been actually allocated. Moreover, as per the Estonian defense minister some of the shells need to be "tested"(?) which might push delivery towards the end of the year.

Hi, Jon, Team, JR thanks for helping with the mapping. Do you think the Russians know where they are and where the other Russians are? The Russians near pevelmiorske are gaining to the south, the ones to the south are gaining to the north, they almost have the Ukrainians in the bag. How long until the Neptune 360 is a ballistic missile.
